Well...It is happening. My kayfun is stripping the inner 510 threads of my MVP :-x

I am ordering a 510/Ego adapter from Mad vapes as I have been using the circuit board spacer and there are still "Some" threading left. Not sure what to do if it is completely stripped though.

Does anyone know if it can be replaced?

Hoping the adapter fixes it, only had my MVP for 3 months and Kayfun for 2. Although I have dropped it a few times and that was probably the start of the striping, too much pressure from such a heavy tank and falling ON the tank a couple times. If I have to get another MVP, so be it, I will do just that.

This will work using your EGo threads

Dan, you are the best! Glad I did not check out at MadVapes yet. I was unsure of how theirs attached and wanted something that connected to the ego threads as they are o.k.

You saved my MVP brother, Thank you! :rickroll:

You are most welcome. I keep a few around just in case!

Northern NJ native , Coastal NC now.
Surprised people are having issues with the button being hard to push , i find it effortless but i have been using the peel and stick foam for years on lots of stuff and it's a winner . Walmart has it as does other craft stores but you can also do wraps for your MVP (if your into that) with the many peel and stick tapes that are out now (Walmart has them also).

They come in some incredibly flashy and eye appealing colors and can be removed with little trouble as well , full sheets are cheap.

I just did a second o ring fix on my second MVP's pin after the first one i did has been nothing short of spectacular , i didn't want to have to rely on an adapter or circuit board spacer and both have fired effortlessly ever since.

So dang easy to do as well .

Hey guys, over the past three days, I've had a huge performance drop in my MVP. It takes a very long time for my coils to fire. I use Mini-protank 3's and a Squid RDA with both fresh factory and rebuilt coils from 1ohm to 2.4ohms using 30 gauge kanthal. They all quit performing around the same time. I also had a rapid battery drain soon after. I check the power at 3.7 and a few minutes later I was at red light with 3.3 after plugging it in. It hasn't happened since.

It still works, but it's taking so long to get the coils hot, the safety can start up before I get a good hit.

Any suggestions?

Check your 510 pin connection. They get pushed down especially with 510 connection attys. It may be making poor contact. See the various fixes in the thread. I got tired of prying it up an did the O ring fix. No more problems.

Next time you go grocery shopping, check the aisle with the random household stuff that we all forget is there (like zip ties, epoxy, sandpaper, etc.) My Kroger sells a couple different types of those stick-on rubber feet.

Unfortunately our local grocery store is about the size of the produce section of a supermarket. I rely on the great mall in the sky (Amazon) for 99% of my shopping, including a lot of my non-perishable groceries. However, I do love where I live, just not a good location for in person shopping.

I have both arthritis and nerve damage, so the button is a major issue. Compared to the VV v3 it is literally a real pain. The nearest Walmart and craft stores are 70+ miles away, so see above about my shopping. I have some craft foam in my cart for the next order.

I share some of the same shopping issues. Closest vaping supply 80 miles in Fargo. Little bumpers are great for picture frames too. Keeps the frame from scratching the wall. Craft supply
