Hey Janty!

Just wondering if there will be the possibility for choosing different colors when ordering a multi-pack of batteries.

Since they just come in an unsealed box anyway, it would be awesome if we could mix 'n match the colors. You would probably make more money on cone sales as well, so they'd be matching! Perhaps when there's a lot more stock?

Your last sentence pretty much sums it up. Currently, we are unable to break 5 packs of batteries as it would throw off our stock numbers tremendously. Also, we still haven't received our silver batteries just yet; however, I agree that it would be great to be able to purchase the colors of batteries that you want! This WILL be taken into consideration and we will work to see if there is a way that we can do this in an efficient manner without distorting our inventory numbers.

While i am sorry to hear that you do not wish to be a customer at Janty, then it is your choice. I have taken care of this and you should hear from as fast as possible.

We do normally ship out the items within 24 hours as it says on the website, but i think you will find that no matter who you choose to shop with, then nobody can guarantee the 24 hours - its a goal, not a promise.

And on top of that we currently have some issues at the Europe store, which makes everything very complicated and which makes everything delayed unfortunately, so for that i apologize - but it is out of the ordinary.

I hope you will re-consider sometime, and i hope that by browsing this forum you will come to the realisation that Janty is a great company, in which you can trust 100% - and that our customer service is beyond and above what you might get elsewhere.

Someone will get back to you as soon as possible - it might not happen within the next 5 hours, - it could be a day - but it will happen, and we will take care of you - dont worry!

I am for the first time in my life have the problem, then between the client and the supplier is absolutely no communication. I work on same area, so I know -there are a many of semi-automated and fully automated way to keep in touch with your customers who have already paid for your order. You will need to make IPN PayPal payments, close your official forum and fix support ticked system. I'm not opposed to your products - I am disappointed to your position/relations to the client.
Anyway - I'm glad to find You here and Thanks for Your reply.
Please tell me when can I expect my money back to Paypal ?
