Five stars and beyond. Best customer service in the industry. My first order with Nicoticket was #303, and my most recent was #9802. Every order has been filled promptly and accurately, packaged well and shipped quickly. Quality and flavor of the juice has been consistent (consistently excellent!) and Clark is very quick to respond to messages, even if it's just to say hi or shoot the breeze about things. It's rare to hear him talk about "customers" - he talks about "family", and that's how he treats each and every person who orders from him. Despite the fact that his business has grown exponentially (probably far beyond even his own wildest dreams), he's never lost the personal touch. Five stars because it's the highest rating possible in the poll, but that doesn't even begin to give the kudos truly due to Clark/Nicoticket.

What can I say I placed my order 30 minutes ago and received a shipping notice 15 minutes later. Clark is your facility inside the post office?
Word on the street is that Clark has been secretly working with the USPS to get a branch relocated to HIS new facility.....!!;)
It WOULD save a lot of leg work......!!:D

Yes, I think they are working on the Post Office sign and should be installed next week.

It's already happening. I'm impatiently waiting for Frenilla next week and am so excited to see what the Summer creation is that they're teasing us with. :D

ahhhhh im so glad I found the nico site,heck I don't even know how I did find it.but I have never had the same type of service from any...ANY other vendor.i truly feel like I have made friends with clark,katy and the rest of the people at nicoticket.if im ever in your neck of the woods I want to definitely meet you and your.God bless you all!!Rick
