I'm not cajun, but on occasion the ragin Injun comes out. Try to stay mellow, but it does happen. But most are forgiven when lapses happen

Let me start by saying that by blood I am 3/4 Irish and 1/4 Native American.
When I was teaching I got a phone call in the office one morning. It was a bookeeper from the central office calling to tell me I would not be receiving a paycheck that day because "You don't exist."
FIrst reaction was panic followed by a quick "What do you mean I don't exist?"
The woman went on to explain that since they had no teaching certificate on file I did not exist. Now I got a tad perturbed since I had turned in a fresh copy of my certificate every year for 5 years running to HER OFFICE.
My response before hanging up was "Well you must be psychic since if I don't exist you are talking to a ghost."
Well after work the hubby and I went to the school bord office and sat down in the Personnel directors office and tried to straighten things out. I never raised my voice and thought I was controlling the inner ...... off fairly well. After he went to my file and pulled my certificate he called the woman to straighten it out, then sent me to her certificate in hand.
Well I got paid needless to say.
On the way home in the car the hubby told me that after I had left the room the personnel director looked at him and said "Bro...don't EVER piss that girl off. Your wife is seriously scary when ......!"
That is when the hubby coined the idea of Irish temper with an Indian sense of vengeance to describe me.
And as for obamacare...

As i just lost my medical insurance, my wife and i sat down and signed up for this FANTASTIC new program. After three hours of wading through extensive pages, answering the same questions repeatedly, we finally found a policy we could almost afford. And to our amazement we found we would not be able to keep our doctor, so we set about finding a new one. To our surprise there were no doctors in our town who took our new insurance (we live in a dallas suburb). So we widened our search, and a few popped up in neighboring cities, so we picked the one whose name we could almost pronounce and got set up, and that only took another 3 hrs. Total time spent: 6hrs. Total satisfaction with the process: 0.

If obamacare had not existed i would have done without till i got a new job, but now if i dont get insurance i have to pay a fine, yay obamacare.

You only need to qualify for one of the many exemptions in order to avoid paying the fine. Here are just a few of those exemptions:
Your gap in coverage is less than 3 months.
The lowest price you could find was more than 8% of your income.
Your income is less than 138% of the poverty line in a state that did not expand Medicaid (such as TX or NC).
General hardship.
You're a member of a federally recognized Indian tribe.
Jup, there have been times that I was upset with good reason, but controlling my temper very well. Not yelling, although I had a firm, loud voice, not being derogatory or calling anyone names etc, and yet was accused of treating the person horribly. A recent one, my sil heard the entire exchange, and she knows how I can get, and even she said that I was remarkably controlled. And believe me, she wouldn't hesitate to tell me if I was in the wrong.
