Thanks darlin!! Been having a blast so far!! Got to go jump into the Atlantic and roll around in the waves, felt like a Sea Lion just being carried around by the waves! I'll never forget it!! Have now been in the Gulf (a lot) the Pacific once, and the Atlantic once. What a lucky girl I am!!

I don't think there is a lesser of 2 evils. Go Jesse Ventura. Even if Ted Cruz made it it still sucks. Bernie seems ok but too old. Nobody to vote for in my opinion. No matter who gets in I think we will be screwed. If they aren't crooks yet they will be after a couple of years. I'm sure Bill is liking the idea of being back in the White House. Lots of good memories.

things are going good down here , how are you ?

Still hangin in there. Been taking the advice of a great doc that I have been in touch with since 2007 and eating 5 small meals and pushing the protein daily. Hard to do but it sure seems to help. I think I am going to up my nic to 6-7mg. I am using one with that in and really liking it. Still using Ti on everything except 1 I'm using a Nautilus on that with my higher octane juice. Next time I fill up my 30ml bottles will add 1ml of 100mg nic will put me up to about 7 or 8mg. Still really liking this Temco Ti have some I've cleaned 3 times and rewicked and they work like new Good stuff.
