Good morning to you clnire and the other Porchers. LoL good one; yes he sure does have Nationwide on his side and no he left that out of each interview so far. I presume that he will do that prior to the Draft and not take the moment away from the rest of the Broncos moment. Manning is a real class act and always has been. A great Man and an outstanding career.

Well, the cellphone# I have for my state Representative is no longer good - actually no big surprise, it's several years old, since before she got elected state rep. Got a Verizon error message, so I called her office in Atlanta. At 9:51 am, she had not come in yet. A nice lady named Becky told me the session started at 11, and that Patty might not come to the office before that. So I left a message, told her my name and that I did not support Georgia HB907 as currently written, left my cellphone# and asked that Patty call me back... guess we'll see how far that goes.

I'd about lay money on Manning retiring .. as far as the game goes, I'd characterize it as one of the worst SB's in the history of the game .. not one passing touchdown .. ?? And Manning kissing Papa John at the end .. ?? Was that a bet on a free pizza or what .. ?? I guess Peyton knows who butters his bread, er, crust .. .. Cam Newton was just so gracious in his commentary, walking off the podium .. I could go on ..

Of course, I mainly watch for the Commercials, any good shots of the Cheerleaders and the Half Time show .. Beyoncé in and of herself was worth the price of general boredom .. she definitely stole the show .. Sasha Fierce absolutely .. the montage to old Half Time shows was great ..

My small SB party went off well .. did my own At Home Tailgate with bratwursts, baked beans, wings and potato salad .. Summer Food .. .. the Game looked great at 120" and no libations were thrown or spilled by guests at my get together .. win ..

Some of that white stuff is falling and blowing around now ..

We are supposed to have 64 high today & 38 tonight. It probably got that lower last ight as well. That's as cold as i care to see it!

If you don't do anything else suggested here before now, PLEASE... take this advice! If you have questions or want advice on how to proceed - everyone in this thread is here to help if at all possible!... believe me, I know that from personal experience.

My Dad passed away in 1994, from colon cancer, at the ripe old age of 57 - and to this day I think of the many things unsaid. I so wish I had been able to talk to him more, to express myself about things that happened during my upbringing, for us to get to know each other better as adults - and to thank him for being there for me! He was a hard-nosed hard-driver, but I know he loved me.

I also feel like he left with some things unsaid.

Just do it... before it's too late - and that time sneaks up on ya before you know it.

I've been trying to do that already. Problem is, my mom doesn't want to focus on all that. She wants to just focus on making the most of the time we have left by being as happy as we can all be, which is fine for me.
