Been really busy, but that's all right. It's not helping to keep my mind off my neck and shoulders though. I'm freaking hurting tonight. 
I'm sorry you're in so much pain, Debra. If you're feeling that badly even when you're busy, it must be bad. Do you have anything to help you sleep?
I got some Industrial Strength Aleve from one of my guys. I should sleep super well in just a little while when I get out of here.
Debra, sorry your hurting. I really wish there was something I could do for you. I've got the owwies (drugs) but, don't know if you can take them, am too far away and it really is illegal to share them. Prayers your way though girl and hope they solve the problem soon.
Speaking of sore. Did I mention that I fell down the stairs again last night. I was heading down to take some Motrin to knock down the ache in my knees so I might sleep and I think my brain thought I was further down than I was. Fell from the 4th step up. Had a hold of the railing so I was able to break my fall but ended up bruised some. I'm OK though, just scared me. I seem to be getting clumsier and it's worrying Doree.
Yes I'm awake again but, I've been sleeping since 8pm so it's not so bad. 6 hours is better than I've been getting lately.

Matt, maybe a check up is in order? I had a balance problem a couple of years ago after falling quite a few times, and with a few therapeutic sessions and some moves I still do at home, and it is much more contained.
