I found a great one here. He's not licensed but is really good and reasonable prices. Retired Air Force. He'll use his discount at the local Lowe's and Homely Despot and gives me the receipts. He did the kitchen granite counter tops and the ba
throom rehabs. Guest bath upstairs and half bath down got new tile floors and sinks replaced on the existing vanities. New backsplashes. The upstairs master got a compete rehab with new tile floor, sink in existing vanity and a brand new walk in shower with bench seat and 3 cubbies. Sliding glass doors. Did a really nice job. Can't say enough good things about him and his son. As a matter of fact he is going to take the on call duties for the repairs to the rental house once we're gone. No retainer just call him and send him a check when the work is done. Extremely lucky to have found them. I'd give you his number but, I think you are out of his service area. Just posting this rave to let you all know that good contractors exist. I was worried about the no license thing but, he's knowledgeable and his work is much better than some of the "licensed" contractors I've seen.
