At the risk of scorn from the 'caffeinated connoisseurs', we use...

... with half the caffeine.
I'm sorry darlin.......can't like a post that has maxwell house in it lol Gotta be folger for off the shelf coffee for me.

so Debbie, raise that margarita glass, a little salt on the rim, on the rocks, please ..
Great post hun, and you're right, she wouldn't want us to be sad.....so changing my mood.

I do the same thing mmsjs5 does as to whackin the sides, the squeeze the sides to funnel the coffee into the next can in one spot, so I can scoop that out first when the next pot is made.

The woman answers, 'Oh no, no, no. I only call him that when we're out in
public'

And now it's resting quietly after it's long journey...

I almost had my SIL convinced that the #3 ingredient in Red Bull, taurine, was bull urine. Her husband enlightened her.
that's priceless!! I hate those things and my son and dil both drink those 5 hr energy things and maybe some others.

Here's the only pic I can show on ECF.

feeling a bit frustrated lately...
with all the rain, I was forced to skip my 2 mile walk twice last week, and gained 5 lbs!
ridiculous!!
New month, new trial. I will be walking 3 miles a day from this point on and see if I can actually get below 240 for a change. I hate bouncing between 250 and 255.
Try changing something in your diet for awhile if you've reached a plateau. Change anything, sugar, bread, something you eat all the time. Your body will notice.

Welcome back Pep!

My lil' supposedly 20-30 minute new v-vert meeting dis AM lasted 1.75 hours and three cups of 'hi-test' coffee. Half of dat time was spent debunking the joose reports of 6 or 7 years ago. I finally told her to do a lil' recent reports research(not holding my breath).

Her past cig-a-like experience has crippled her logic. Nonetheless, she's somewhat satisfied with da kit and Key Lime joose I gave her. But she did request another flav (GAP) which I dropped off this PM. Lawdy, I sure hope she'll be happy enough to cut me some slack.

She doesn't want to buy pre-made B&M joose due to lack of ingredient labeling. I told her that I won't sell my DIY and if she enjoys vaping, she'll have to find a non-Iffy source.

- Well, would you teach me to mix my own?
-- I'll gladly give you links for info, supply sources and help. When you study up and get what you need, I'll assist if you get that far; assuming you're still vaping.

<sigh... exhale... relax... repeat...>

Good for you for trying! I tried to convince someone how much cheaper it is to make DIY joose, offered to walk through it with him, never heard from him. We do what we can.

Mornin' porchers! Pull up a rocker and have a cup...

Maybe she was more interested in Johnny than in vaping? We all admit you have a certain charm.

I change my diet every other week. It's the only thing that keeps me below 255.
This week, the meat is steak, whole wheat bread, String beans, peas, Carrots, and grapes.
Last week, it was ham, honey wheat, kidney beans, celery, and apples.
If I try to change it up every day, my body takes it as a starvation thing and starts storing fat.
I can still remember (barely) when I could lose 5 lbs by walking to the store once a week. I would gain weight in the winter and it would disappear in the spring... then one year, it didn't disapear, but I gained the next winter anyway... sucks.
you finally get your head fixed on straight, and the body starts falling apart.

If you hit a plateau try dropping all breads for a week & see what happens. Been there, done that! And now I can't walk much anymore.

LOL! No it isn't...but it's worth it!
When I walked into the UPS store with it wrapped up in bags like that I called out "somebody wanna help me box up this body" . Luckily the guy had a good sense of humor. Realized later how bad that sounded but, still thought it was funny as hell.
Good Morning Everyone.

Wow, the other pics of it didn't do it justice as to the size. Now on the bed the true size comes out.

Hello, you old people. I'm here:D... well, I've been here working on a month. I almost forgot about ECF.:?: Hope everyone's doing well. The temps have been smokin' hot, just how I like it.
Welcome back, Pepper. I wondered where you had gone.

I actually can eat anything I want and my weight stays at 247 and I mean anything. I don't really understand it. Can't gain an ounce. Doc says it's ok but, kinda worrying, where are all those calories going?

Yeah, try shipping cremated remains via UPS. That really freaked out the clerk!!
