My Dad was 6'1" and then shrunk. Mom was 5'7". I was 6'2" until I unexpectedly stretched out 2 more inches at age 30.
So wen kin eye expekt it?
Do I have to show you again? Well, OK, I'll do it again. I added a slice of provolone this time.
I have seldom seen a magnolia that grew fast.
I've got 3 magnolias. All 3 of them were identical 7' tall spindly sprigs when planted in the spring of 2002 or 2003. The one at the southwest corner of my house is about 30 feet tall. The soil is rich at that location, much much more than at the front of my property where the other two magnolias are planted, but all 3 of them are getting along. The NJ buddy who visited me and helped me
buy and plant those 3 magnolias (as well as the 2 crape myrtles in my front yard which hang on without fanfare) refuses to believe that the magnolia in back received no better care than the two up at the front of my property, which are in soil consisting of dry red clay and sand. Nevertheless, the truth is the truth. I'm quite accustomed to people who try to blame me for the truth upsetting their apple carts. Happened recently on the Front Porch in fact, but since all my life people have tried to make me a scapegoat for their problems I don't get bent out of shape by those who try to blame me for the fact that they are petty, insecure, vindictive, wishy-washy or whatever. Know what I mean, lol? It's not my fault no matter how much they wish that blaming me would solve their problems.
