Yes, I will take a couple pics later this evening. I should had done that to begin with. I will make a bottle of juice and try to capture the frother in action. Now what kind of juice do I want to make?

Mocha? A good froth...

Honies I'm home!! I got home in the wee hours of the morning. We left late last night due to a bird that refused to start. We were ripping and running for parts so we could get out of dodge. BUT, I made it.

The WiFi Internet saga continues. Yesterday we received notice that some idjit had downloaded an illegal movie on the 9th of August. I wasn't at work on that one, and we all knew not to do it, so we're still trying to figure out WHO! They'll probably wind up taking away our WiFi again and this time for good. I just don't understand people. That means I'll probably be reduced to coloring when I have down time. ;)
Man that sucks. If you like to read get a Kindle and load it with books.

I know he wants to go home but I have convinced him that I need him to at least try rehab for a little while. They are going to be moving him out of ICU this afternoon to a step down room and then to rehab. It is in the same hospital, just a floor up. I'm thinking since I talked him into it that Florida should not pose a problem.
girl_wink.gif
So glad that you were able to talk him into Rehab, at least for a bit, hopefully he'll like it and see the benefit of it. Maybe he'll get a cutie patootie therapist that'll make him want to stay!
......?? Johnny Johnny, where is your mind?? Wait.....don't answer that.....lost my head for a minute!!

I'd estimate I've got half a liter of joose that has steeped for over a year and another half a liter that I've made in the past year, in about 20 different containers.
Don't have quite that much, but have enough made now since I got my new flavors to drown a horse in!!

I have $100 of Russian flavorings in there so I am anxiously awaiting it.
Hope they make it good this time!!

Goop,
5 cans of tuna
1lb of med shells
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1/4 cup Dijon mustard mixed with 1/2 cup of Hellman's mayo
light sprinkling of Everglades seasoning(aka monkey dust)
mix well and refrigerate.
When serving add sunflower seeds and bacon bits to taste. plus I like to add oat barley sesame chips for more crunchy.
this is your recipe for homemade cat food?????? 5 cans of tuna, oh my, one can would be kinda too much for me in one pound of pasta.

Well today, the bacon this morning made me positively adorable
Bacon will do that!!
Food bacon smile, eggs for eyes.jpg

Before we left on our last trip she told me "I am ready to get serious about vaping", so I brought her my old ego twists and Innokin VV3s I don't use anymore and a few H2 clearomizers. I also brought her all juice I had in 12 mg (I have vaped 6 mg for about 2 years, but had some left and some sent to me by friends). Talked to her today - she is enjoying vaping!
Kewl!! Jup I second upping the nic to at least 18 then 24 if that doesn't work. Pics of Geordie and Tasha are gorgeous, but dat lil puppy wuzn't allowed to get that big that quick....didn't he get the memo????

Well, he's only vaping very infrequently.... but for 3 months he hasn't smoked at all! Tada!
He's bought new window shades and interior paint, now that his house is smoke free. Yay!
Fantastic!! Much as I love vaping, if you can do neither, that's obviously the healthiest

Only have about 50 so far.
jup 55 concentrated ones now, and quite a few TFA ones. Now I need to start ordering 30ml bottles of the ones I really like. Realized the other night, I'm nearly out of vienna cream

My Grandson (Mason), a fellow Caribbean lobster whisperer buddy (Nick) and my SIL (Ryan) made our local paper & YT Monday...
That is sooooooooo kewl!!!

Honies I'm home!!
Was only liking the part about you being home......hated the other part!! And if I find out it's the jerk who won't work.......ohhhhhhhh.......they won't have to fire him, ohhhhh lemme at him!!! A skillet's too good for him!!

Daniel had surgery again this morning. It's not the most desired fix by any means, but at least it is a fix for an issue he's struggled with for 6 years, and has had 4 failed surgeries for. It went well aside from one minor hiccup that wasn't a big deal afaik, and should be able to come home tomorrow. I seem to be stuck on the number 3.5, last 3 nights that is how long I've slept each night before my eyes popped open. My body hates me!! lol

Hope everyone has a wonderful Friday!!!!!!

I have some good news. I have been encouraging Geordi's breeder to try vaping for a long time. She has been using a Blu from time to time, but still smoking 2 packs a day. She is an ER nurse, so she knows what she is doing to herself. She feels guilty she is still smoking, but as I told her in the beginning, it's not the cigarettes you smoke, it's the ones you DON'T smoke that count. She ran into someone at an agility trial 2 weeks ago vaping away on an iStick ("he has one like you use") and he reinforced what I told her. He said it took him 2 years to completely convert to vaping, so she is feeling stronger about it.

Speaking of Geordi... he is almost as big as Tasha now!

That's fantastic! Good for you for being so helpful. Andher running into another vaper to reinforce what you'd already told her is priceless. I sincerely hope she enjoys her experience.

My Grandson (Mason), a fellow Caribbean lobster whisperer buddy (Nick) and my SIL (Ryan) made our local paper & YT Monday...

'CRITTER CATCHING' - with embedded vid

BTW, Nick was our champion 'bug' bagger, many times over, in our past sojourns down in da Keys!

That's fantastic. Hands on teaching is the best and I bet this is an experience they'll always remember.

Ok, here are the pictures of the frother. I have a 10ml syringe next to it for comparison. The beaker is the one I use for mixing. The clear picture is just after adding all the ingredients followed by a pic of the mixing. The last pic shows all of the bubbles from mixing. I now have the juice sitting in a small crockpot and the temp is 112. I am going in about every 15 minutes and mixing the juice, letting it settle and then after 15 minutes going through the process again.View attachment 490833 View attachment 490834 View attachment 490835 View attachment 490836

That's exactly the same kind of frother I use and love it. I think Iffy was the one who gave me the idea. I'd forgotten we had one in the cabinet and did a major DUH when I found it. Hasn't been used for milk since.

Oh man, that's awful. Yep, a Kindle might help or getting your own hot spot might be a solution for you. Or you could amuse yourself by making the idjit's life miserable.

Legs, so glad you're home and that all is well at your house. It was so lucky that you were away during the worst of the fires.

So, we had Miles yesterday and will again today. He's 9 months old and the doc is concerned that he's not trying to crawl yet. He's not "late" yet, but just in case, suggested getting early intervention involved. I joked to our chiropractor about Miles going right to walking and they told me he still needs to crawl due to nerve patterning in his brain. That can be done easily enough with play. I get the pathway part, but it seems to me it's just one more thing for parents to worry about. I'm sure he's going to do it. When he's ready we won't be able to stop him! I hate the charts new parents obsess over.

Sorry for the blank post.....not thinking too clearly this morning!

Good morning to all and have a great day!
sorry you're havin a rough mornin hun! Hope it gets much better.

Jup!! Daniel never crawled either, he'd get on his knees and rock, but ya couldn't get him to travel. Went straight to walking. He did many things much later than he was supposed, but then he'd do a ton of stuff all at once and catch up. He's really smart, his only problem is being forgetful, but I think that's just being too busy and not enough sleep. Parent's have enough to do without stressing over every lil thing like that

Sean, my oldest wasn't talking and was almost 2 years old. He had only said a word or two. Then we moved to a neighborhood with lots of kids. Within a week, he was speaking in complete sentences.

With Sean, it was all about laziness and what he could get away with. Why speak when you can point and get whatever you want?

Daniel was nearly 3 before he started doing complete sentences, the pediatrician said if he reached his 3rd bday without doing that, they'd look into speech therapy.....reckin he just didn't have much to say til he got ready. He started talking fine before his 3rd bday. He's still a great listener, and is really good about thinking about exactly what he wants to say and saying it really well. His boss sent him a really jerk text because he had to leave work to go be put in the hospital for this surgery......doc said.......get here now!! So he did. I had strong words for his boss, and expressed them. Told daniel, say that, but put it in nice words!! hehehe

This is just a forum example off a blank stare.
Usually indicating that the brain is not working, or total lack of understanding when someone says something really stupid.
