Someone mentioned that before for something, we don't seem to have it here on dish. I looked it up, and it appears that certain markets carry some of it on a local only signal if I understood it correctly. Central Texas was not among the ones they listed.

It's actually a digital sub channel on OTA broadcast TV. Digital TV stations can have up to 5 sub channels. However, the more sub channels, the lower the quality of your main channel. Down in Deerfield Beach they have QVC and HSN as well on sub channels. Also Ion TV and several (numerous) Spanish TV channels,
