Love that song, thanks!!

Think I over did it...
hehehe that was too cute!

Woke up to two boxes on the front porch. Got my nicotine and my friend from West Virginia, sent me a pair of crockstyled shoes. Camo colored with a snap in fleece lining to keep my toe-ringless tootsies toasty.
kewl!! so sorry you haven't found your toe ring yet. How did you sleep last night? Much better I hope.

Bought a lottery ticket yesterday. $156,000,000 or thereabouts. Believe me, if I hit that one we're going to have a heck of a party. I could buy everybody round trip tickets, pay for the room, rent the hall and have it catered with an open bar (required) and not even dent it!
Rootin for ya!!!

finally i have a sunporch again as we did in childhood and I would sleep out there during storms, I loved it.Can hardly wait for this coming summer!
oh that will be soooo great!

Either of those would be enough for the "he needed killin" defense to kick in. In fact.... just being a dentist might be enough for the "he needed killin" defense to be valid!

Well I seem to be getting my sleep somewhat in order. Going to bed when the yawns hit and getting mostly a solid eighth or nine hours. Problem right now is the yawns hit around 8 and I wake around 4 or 5 am. Now I'm going to try to slowly work bedtime a little later each night and wake up later too. Hopefully in few weeks or so I'll be back to a somewhat normal schedule of bed at 10 or 11 and up at 7 or 8. Then I'll be in the hangout again. I'm still having occasional problems with waking up in a panic and not being able get back to sleep. The other night I woke up 5 or 6 times flailing around thinking I was falling out of bed.

Matt (and the others that suffer the same),

I'd rather be sick as a dog as opposed to the ol' occasional mild nighttime anxiety attacks I would have prior to my vaping genesis!

Whenever I read 'bout anyone here having any type of panic issues, my heart despairs and skin crawls! My issue was breathing (physical). Can't even imagine a chemical or genitive imbalance which has to be dealt with at any regular interval.

I know several porchers have shared their inner anxiety 'battles' and how they try to cope. Just wish there was a readily available solution!

Hell, mine might be breathing related. I've got COPD and you know it ain't getting any better. I've had a sleep study about two years ago, damn if it wasn't the best night's sleep I'd had in months. Go figure!

Now do I put these away in the vape box. Or buy more mods to mount them on?
Well, if I ever get money, I might take some of your spares off your hands. Still thinking about converting Orchids to Kayfuns.

you know the answer to that silly boy! Even if you end up putting the new mods away for a rainy vape day! Or putting some current ones back and using the new ones!

I know I occasionally have apnea. But never bad enough to think that a c-pap would make it better. LOL. Maybe time to get another sleep study?
