Well, a very generous Porcher, Scott (Sterno) gifted me with a Reo, and am now, officially a Reonaut!

While it's taken a bit of time to acclimate, I've got it down pat now.

Debadoo; if you thought the fresh-roasted coffee I sent you was good when brewed with distilled water, it would have knocked your socks off if you'd made it with some water that had a little more bad stuff in it. But maybe you don't wear socks, I don't know.
Anecdotal facts only, there could certainly be other explanations: I'm the oldest of 4 kids and did not have fluoridated water until I was 3.5 years old. Brother Greg had it since he was 2.5 years old, little sis and baby bro had it all their lives. My teeth were by far the most decayed of any of us, Greg's were much better than mine but not nearly as good as little sis and baby bro. Never really have grasped the anti-fluorine crowd.

Scott is an angel when it comes to helping beginning Reonauts who need help. He has a near endless amount of patience, and knows when someone is getting to frustrated and needs to set it aside and try again later. He won't give up on anyone if they give up.

I'm not a quick study by any means, and at the risk of embarrassing Scott, his patience and deliberate way of instruction made me actually understand what he was talking about. I did have to leave it overnight, but came back this morning and voila....success! Couldn't have done it without him, to be sure!!
I am happily vaping one of my new flavors right now.....Tiramisu.....thanks Teresa....and thanks to Scott, have a decent coil and squonking away!

wouldn't pick on ya iffn I didn't. we actually did make it with regular tap water. When I used distilled water in my coffee was when we lived in a different town, the water there was horrible and would destroy coffee pots quickly. I have older REO Grands. I know they do not have the sub ohm kit on them. I have since discovered I like vaping just slightly sub ohm .7-.9 range (no I have not tried it on the REO). Not sure if I can do that on the REO without the kit but I can't seem to figure out what on the REO site IS the Sub Ohm kit I need. If you know can you link to it for me please?

Well I'll be a monkeys uncle... I think I solved my leaking Mutation X v4 issue... Those little rubber "plugs" you get... turn them to where the flat part faces the holes, close it completely - take a few pulls, open it up and pour some juice on it.
Went to the commissary up at Patrick AFB today. 2.5 hrs up, 3 hrs shopping, 2.5 hours back. Unload, put everything away. I feel like somebody beat me with a stick. Took some Motrin and a kicker and off to bed. Jeez that's way too much like work!
