Yes, d&d from a place on the site seems to.

And now, while a little different from before, d&d from my desktop folder does - although it didn't drop into the window, but the area below to select thumb or full image.

Thinking back to that long ago time at Lackland AFB....I've never forgotten the face or name of the dragon lady I had to report into that first time...Lt. Gehlsen...who immediately dressed me down because my buttons weren't 'at attention' and at a another time while standing at attention..."one of your shoulders is higher than the other"...:grr: I didn't have a clue what she meant about the buttons at the time  When they issue uniforms in basic, they give them to you 2 sizes too big, because they expect you will gain weight.. Fatigues were a light blue shirt with white buttons, and a matching A-line skirt...also with white buttons down the front. Because the skirt was far too big, when I walked it twisted around on my waistline....therefore, when I walked in they weren't perfectly aligned with the buttons down the front of the shirt... Those darned skirts had to be starched until they were stiff enough to stand up on their own and when we marched they swung like bells...

That's what we used to call "the gig line". Buttons, belt buckle, and zipper all aligned and straight down the middle.
Even if the pants were too big....I don't think they could twist the zipper way out of line like that silly skirt did...;) belt buckle could pose a problem though...:D

LOL...I'm imagining a guy with his pants twisted that far...o_O

Sandra,

Oh my, how I could tell da story I witnessed of a WAF/TI basic training experience waaay when in 1/65...

All I'll say is what I heard was "Attention and **** ****** ******* suck air!" Bless you and your fellow female recruits during that challenging time frame!

Regardless, today my heart and soul have reminisced my 20 year experiences within in my military career. One of my most appreciative aspects is how 'we' were ever so supported by our mates/progeny/families! Priceless... it got us through...

Was just asked today if I would do it all over again. My response was "In a heart tick".

Peace through power!!!

OK, dat aside, where is our Matt?
