A lot of the time I vape unflavored - it's quite nice and you can add a drop or 2 of something flavored here and there...even down the drip tip of a tank.

Agreed! Actually, recently, I got a fairly sweet pre-made. Got tired of it real quick. Then I just used unflav'd thru da same head and been luvin' fer near two weeks now. Just 'nuff flav to note...

It's amazing how little flavoring is really needed !

Most of the juices seem to be high VG these days except for BE but thats the way Busardo rolls. Heathers won't sell any of their flavoring but they will custom make it to your specs as far a VG/PG and nic.
That's cause VG gives a lot if vapor. Gotta have those big clouds or it can't possibly be good. VG = less flavor/more vapor, PG = more flavor/less vapor. I've always vaped 70/30 PG/VG.

Just strap/tape dat joose bottle onto your booty, listen to sum ol' rock & roll and boogy like like nobody's watchin'! View attachment 700031Otherwise, shake dat bottle each time prior to refillin'...

No need to pay extravagant price$ fer PG/VG! Just order from ED... <BTW, it's kosher, if dat matters> View attachment 700035
Dude in a beanie with a beard watched it being made. My SIL works at a kosher bakery, good stuff. The rabbi watching there just pretty much sits around reading the paper.

Pat, I use dese turrent caps on all my 'mix' 120/250/500 ml bottles. Note: da last two are a diff size from da 120. Easy-peasy to fill smaller mixin' bottles! View attachment 700045
I use a 100ml graduated cylinder and just watch the marks as I add the various ingredients. I also round off to avoid having to worry about the .56 and such. Above .5 next highest even number, below .5 lower even number. I mix 200ml batches. I use Steam Engine to figure out how much to add.

Regarding strong flavors, coughing, harsh taste, too much VG or too much PG, my belief, based on my experiences, is that temperature control fixes many of the problems.

The vapor is so smooth and consistent from toke to toke compared to using power mode. As @garyoa1 has been known to say, that's my opinion and I'm stuck with it.
Yep I agree with that, I've been vaping with my Kabuki no TC but I needed a tighter draw. My MTL will be here tomorrow and can go back to TC. I also like weaker flavors these days. Custard is fine at 10% but the Blueberry is even a little strong for me at 15% and they recommend 20, I'm going to 10%.

I brought it up since leggs said "a lot higher VG 90/10"

That would be 90 PG and 10 VG
No it's 90 VG most juices are high vg these days. I read that VG could be more harmful then PG but I'm going to mix mine about75% VG

Thanks. There are too many who don't know of this convention.
From my experience (for what it's worth), the standard was always pg/vg. Then the cloud chasers were created and vg/pg became a standard. I am strictly DIY now , so I know what I make.

It's not a harshness thing for me. Too much vg gives me goopy mouth & coughing up goop to clear my throat. Pg doesn't do that to me. I used to vape 50/50 but figured out the pg was causing tummyaches. I finally balanced it out at 60 vg h 40 pg. Just that little adjustment cured both issues.
