The pork loin is actually a little dry, which can be fixed

Jup it can be fixed, but that's a very common thing. the thing pork loin does best is dry out, so don't feel bad.

I just had some bacon-wrapped pork loin roast for dinner at some friends' house. YUM. Brought home a bit of it from the leftovers.

Well I am trying to prepare myself for these treatments but they scare the crap out of me. It's supposed to be a super high dose of radiation and the Kitchen Aid mixer as Bells put it moves all around your body and hits the spot from several angles. Supposed to be accurate to withing micro mm's. Still new procedures scare me. Supposed to start Wednesday. The first one is supposed to be the longest at 1'15" and after 45" for each of the other 4.

This 2nd round of Cipro seems to be kicking this infection in the ..... Felt so good thought I would try a couple of lung hits. Not a wise idea. Won't be doing that again for awhile. That's how I found out the SS in the siren just burned when I tried a lung hit.

Well Ginny made a 21lb turkey when the kids were here and we didn't get a Butterball this year since last year it was lousy she got a Norbest Ranch turkey and was it ever good so since we'll never eat all the leftovers she made a big pot of Turkey Noodle Soup and is it ever good. Should be really great after the radiation then go to bed for a while. They talk about people going golfing after, since I don't golf figure I'll eat some soup and lay down.

I hadn't even posted anything yet! And my message only said something to Pat about his strength and good attitude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hope Christmas Day was a good one for all!

Fell asleep about 11 pm last night on the sofa!! Woke up at 4 am and it was cold, so hopped into bed with dh and didn't wake up till 9......

No plans for the day, and don't see me taking my shower anytime in the next couple of hours, so will mosey around the house and just relax.

That sounds like a phishing attack that has nothing to do with ECF.

It was within my control. I cooked it too long in the electric pressure cooker.

But, misting it with ACV not only cures the dryness, it adds the primary ingredient of Eastern NC barbecue sauce. (Western NC barbecue sauce is tomato-based, but Eastern is vinegar-based, with shredded hot peppers.)

Well you know me, I googled Cyberknife procedure on lung and a guy said there is a 25% chance of a collapsed lung. So I proceeded to call them about it this AM and the therapist told me that he'd never heard of that, maybe if they were treating a larger area but mine is so small and such a high dose of radiation should be no problems other then the list they gave me which is kind of extensive so hoping for the best. One good thing is this infection seems to be much better this time around, my blood O2 is clear up to 99 and although still coughing up a little it is more white then green so that should help. Dr.Kelly is going to talk to me before if I wish which I don't, will just grin and bear it. Just hope I can go an hour without coughing. They told me if I cough the machine will make noise like a car accident and stop but they can resume right where they left off. I'm glad I have some Xanax just for these types of moments. Plus I can listen to my own music on my hearing aids which also helps a lot. Thinking of maybe adding an audio book but I think the music will be fine. I guess I could listen to Trumps the Art of the Deal but nah I don't think so. LOL
