164 posts in between 10 pm EST Thursday and 10 pm EST Friday. Slackers! Actually, I'd bet that we've never had a whole lot more in any 24 hour period.
Yeah, but most of them were vaping related.
We all just moved to the back porch. They shouldn't count.

Life delivers a lot of lessons and they should be shared so that others can be spared...

Last night I learned that toaster ovens just don't work that well ---- especially if you do not check to see if they are plugged in or not before you have waited 20min for the timer to go off and find out it is still frozen.

I did learn that the timer is mechanical though and does not use electricity... LOL

There is no TC. They are kind of a regulated mech, power is regulated by a potentiometer. The spec info is there, Legs, but ya gotta read

My dad smoked those from 17 to 74 yrs.old. That is of course what I smoked as a too young youngster. Quit after 54 yrs. on day one with a vape. 267 days now and over 4K not spent on cigs. Not saying how much went to vape gear.
Thats what I smoked in High School till I found out Dominoes were almost the same and a nickel cheaper.

you do

my dad smoke non filter pall mall from the time he was 19 til he died at 73
My mom smoked them when I was a kid. I learned to tape the Pall Mall cig to an already used Marlboro filter so as not to totally gag. I also used to take a pack of my moms Pall Malls (she also bought 10-12 cartons at a time so she had scads) down to the corner liquor store (in CA the liquor store was also where you went for milk, bread and candy) and the owner would let me trade them for a pack of Marlboro. He also let me buy Marlboro's, for my "mom" and sometimes I had a note written by her (yeah right) to buy a pack

I used to steal my dads unfiltered Kools. Talk about a strong smoke like a menthol camel.

I just saw the wildfires in Florida on the news......Hoping that all of our porch people who live down that way will let us know they're safe...
We're about 80 miles north west of the fires, so we're OK......most of the other folks are way south of me, so I think they're OK, too!

Yep, I'd say that is a humorous life lesson! :)
