I rented the BluRay of "Sing" yesterday on the way home from the workshop .. although animated, I give it a giant thumbs up .. it's laugh out loud funny, it's about Dreams and going for them, the voice over cast is great, the animation is superb, the soundtrack kicks major .... a la Dolby Atmos, just a film that will leave you with a great feeling ..

Also, thanks to those that stopped in the HO last night to say Hi .. I'd have liked to see more of you, but I understand a late invite on a Friday night would probably be a schedule disruptor ..

@Debadoo the Overdrive is the online service that most major libraries subscribe to for ebooks. First call your library and find out if they are hooked up to overdrive. If they do and you dont have a library card get one. Then all you need is to download kindle on your PC, tablet or phone.

Now you're ready to use the overdrive. It works just like a physical library. You search for the book you want and borrow it or place it on hold if it's checked out…You'll get an email when it's available to borrow. Most ebooks can be checked out for 7 or 14 days.

I had to look up pancreatic pseudocysts. hadn't heard of that. That's good there weren't any. It said they often contain necrotic tissue. So does this mean that they've caught it early before the necrotic tissue helped form the pseudocysts? Did they outline any course of treatment or do they need to wait to see how much is there?

Man watching an old 20/20 about people in this country working 2 and 3 jobs to be able to have a house both the husband and wife. I don't know how people do it in places where housing is so expensive. I sometimes feel sorry for myself and thats a joke. They showed Archie Bunkers old house and one lady has lived in the same row of houses for 30 years and she paid 60K now they cost 850K for the same house. She is on of the only ones on the street that isn't a CEO of bank president or some such a thing. It's a crime what this country has come to. It's not like that so much here, average middle class home here is under 200K and a lot are considerably lower then that. I'm glad I'm not just hitting the job market. I can see why Jacob stayed in the USAF decent pay good health benefits.

My mom and dad paid $14,500, in 1959, for the house of hers that I just inherited/bought. It appraised in Sept 2016 for 650K.
No such thing as a starter home for a young family where the husband works and the wife stays home in Burbank. Takes the salary of two professionals to buy there now.

So they did not find any pseudocysts in my wife's pancreas, but there was some necrosis, so we will wait and see how much. Still trying to get the swelling down

The key is the word "primarily", and I'm sure there's plenty of winking, nodding and gray areas. If the addon has any features that are only useful for illegal use of the product, I'd be pretty sure that it would be unmentionable. This is just general logic on my part, not based on any specific knowledge... I think what I say would be applicable to any product in any field.

There is plenty of grey area so a little clarification couldn't hurt, but I do find it kind of silly in the first place, for example some addons use a service that's paid for, that a lot of us use, like RD sources, iptv, US TV now etc. From what I can tell this issue is mostly about the various genesis forks, alright in that case afaik the fault lies with whoever is uploading and the provider hosting the file, all these "illegal" (except not) addons are doing is using an url resolver to ping various sources, if the thing you're looking for is not hosted, nothing will come back.

The ones in question, even get their script from databases, (imdb/tvdb for example, which is why they work with little to no input or updates from the coder at all) I get where all this comes from and even I feel a certain way about it, but if there's fault here, Idk if it's even with the addons. In the end it's up to the user if they choose to use them for something that infringes on copyrights.

Now I can see how specifically discussing "if you want to watch copyrighted show "A" use addon "B" and source "C" is bad mmkay bc that is giving specific information on how to watch copywritten content. But we were just discussing addons, some of which use paid services, some of which the content is not copywritten, all of which, (I'm sure) depends on the laws in the country you are in and the one in which the content is hosted. From what I can tell, none of this stuff is hosted inside the US anyway, and that brings up the whole question of using an out of country IP as well. If we are using an IP that's in a country where these laws don't apply or aren't pursued, what then?

If I step back for a minute and look at this technically, I can't see how any specific peice of software in all this is to blame. Saying, a blanket statement like you can't discuss anything that bad things can be done with, well, Im sure I can find bad things to do with just about anything.

lol sometimes I would smoke em just like they were......sometimes I'd get a little tobacco out of one end and shove some cotton in there to act as a filter. Dad only bought a carton at a time, but I'd swipe a few from open packs.
My best friend at the time, her mom would let us smoke but her step dad wouldn't......so her mom always left us lil bit smoked ones in the ashtrays. Take a few puffs, put it out, leave it for us to scavenge after they went to bed. Sometimes she'd give us some never smoked ones, and once in awhile even buy us a pack. At that time they were 45 cents in the vending machine, even cheaper at the stores. Jup, I had those same notes.....one place didn't even bother, cuz they knew. They just sold em to us. Jup marlboro reds were my smoke of choice too. Later I went to 100's. I lost count of how many times my dad caught me smoking. When I graduated HS, my step mom said if it were up to her, she'd just let me smoke, but she couldn't cuz of dad. I graduated in Jan but the ceremony wasn't til May or June. My best g/f, (different one by this time), had come to visit for my grad ceremony. she got in the car when we picked her up and said "Hey dad, mind if I smoke?" It worked for her......so I said........"Hey dad, mind if I smoke"? Major heavy sigh......well I wish you wouldn't, but if your gonna anyhow, go ahead I reckin. (said with much drama of course). I knew it upset him, and that made me feel bad, but I lit up before he could change his mind! hehehe I had another friend that was married and had 4 kids, and I was over there one time when her mom called and said she was coming over.... she sprung into action....here, put the cigs away, help me hide these ashtrays and she ran for the air freshener!

Of course I got my pay back when my daughter, age 13, was taking packs of my Marlboro Lights and one day while cleaning her room I found probably 30-40 empty packs between the mattress and box springs of her bed.

Yep when I was buying Dominoes cigs were 35 cents but Dominoes were 30 cents lunch was 35 so it left me a nickel for candy.

You know after watching A Billion Lives and them saying how the kids are all vaping, the facts were brought out and 90% of the vapers are over 25 so that doesn't hold water. When I was 15 I had no problem buying cigs, no one even took a second look at it. Where was the FDA then, Oh Yeah hauling in the money which is the big thing with vaping they are losing money and Republicans hate to lose money. After this election I see how the R's are and will be voting all D's next time. Watch the lates Bill Maher. He gives some facts about the R's in Congress. When Obama did the same things or wanted to the R's only had like a 20% approval rating but now when Mr. T does it, the same exact thing it has a 50+% approval rating with R's D's stayed the same.

I just hope they don't screw with Medicare before Ginny gets on it. I would hate to have to go any longer paying $1500 a month for medical insurance. There are so many things we could do with that besides paying for that.He has made so many screw ups, the one I liked the most is he said we had a Naval Task Force steaming toward N. So there is really nothing we can talk about except Netflix,, Amazon, Hulu and such. Pretty much anything we talk about there how about if we called it X, SF, Z, SD and such? Could stand for anything.

How many of you have FB. I was looking around there and it is simple to set up a Closed Group, we'd need some admins to approve the members when they want to join. I'm only friends with a very few ECFers but we could talk about anything we wish. It would be a slight hassle to open another Forum and impossible for those who don't want to use FB but its a thought.

Continued prayers for our porches. Some of you are going through some really tough stuff times and even though I don't post everyday it doesn't mean you all aren't always on my mind.

I got to see April have her beautiful baby while we were in FL. One of the other ladies had it on her phone and iPad so we got to watch it happen. Yay!
