Man I got so depressed last night I was taking it out on the dog the wife everything I touched. I just wanted to die, I even prayed for it in my sleep. I have been stuffing myself all day taking all this protein everything I can think of and nothing just stay the same the more I eat the more I crap is all that happens. I thought I was gaining a little but all I'm doing is holding. Started me thinking there is something else wrong with me but I don't know what. Ginny had the same operation and eats one meal a day and still gains weight. I'm just about to the end of my rope.
LOL....I was gifted with some of those coffee beans, a couple of years ago, from wild civets.....not those poor things that are force fed in cages. Had to buy a coffee grinder and french press just to make sure that I would do justice to the world's most expensive coffee....
I found it to be far less acidic than many other coffees, and rather enjoyed it. As to whether it actually is the best.....well....different strokes/tastes for different folks... You'd have to determine that for yourself...
Tie a knot in the end of that rope and hang on buddy! You have come a long way so don't be giving up now. You are loved and what you do is appreciated.

I like a light roast-- the real flavor of the coffee shines. I burned my first roast from this batch of beans. Doing it on an actual stove rather than a grill for the first time, it got away from me. I use the jiffy-pop. Called them and she said to put the popper in an iron skillet.I found it to be far less acidic than many other coffees, and rather enjoyed it. It's actually not a reversal this one is not reversible only revisable. Except by maybe a surgeon in CA Keshishian. Won't talk to anyone on Medicare unless you got 10K in the bank.
And the revision is not guaranteed could even make it worse. I'd like to maybe try Creon a digestive enzyme but also some bad side effects possible. Don't know if I could get anyone to prescribe it. Have to talk to Trotter I don't think he really cares for it. It just gets so old. I'm sure if I had a specific blood test everything would probably be ok. Maybe I just have to give in to weighing 137. Gaining too much would be harder on my legs and heart and with the revision if I couldn't stop it that would be just as bad. I'm sure you guys are sick of hearing about it just as sick as I am of living it.
Partly true. Some flavors develop better with darker roasts and other flavors develop better with lighter roasts. Light roasts tend to be more acidic and have less body. The fruity flavors tend to be more pronounced with lighter roasts. But flavors that depend on the sugars breaking down (caramel, chocolate, etc) really need a somewhat darker roast to fully develop. A medium roast gets the best balance of flavors, but without highlighting any of them.
I wished it was as easy as quitting drinking. If I don't stop the drugs and had the surgery I could end up without a doctor that would taper me and be a 160lb person 68 years old going through withdrawals. So theres that also. I'm at 280 MED they would like you down to 120 MED in this state. I have a person who would prescribe them then. But that is going from a 75mcg patch and 10 pills a day which I don't use that many but presribe I'm at about 7 and the patch from 75 to 25 and 5 pills a day.

I'm so sorry you're having to go through all this. You have every right to complain and to get frustrated and discouraged.
I'm not so much sick of my health problems. They're nothing compared to yours. I'm just scared. I'm such a baby!

Just concentrate on one thing at a time. You have the plan for nutritional enrichment and at the least maintaining your weight. Now work on weaning yourself off the drugs. Take it slow. And, like you said, and I know, the more weight you have to carry, the more difficult it is to walk. You can do it, and we are here for you.
