Ditto .. and, very happy to formally meet you, Lonnie .. :) .. don't be alarmed, I'm not mining info, it's just when things get a little personal on the Thread, I like knowing the name of the Person rather than just the handle .. :)

I know it was tough for you to unload .. I've done it many times in bygone posts .. on the other hand, sometimes, it can be quite cathartic ..

A firm handshake to you .. :)

Thanks Willie, good to meet you too.:toast:

The RA makes me tired. The Metho makes my legs weak which is part of why its hard for me to stand up. I have to have chairs with arms on them. It also makes my hair fall out, but that's why they tell you to take folic acid. They give me Rx for folic acidn but insurance won't cover it. I just get it OTC & take an equivalent dose. It's also in othet supplements that I take. A good seniors multivitamin helps with the fatigue. I'm amazed they haven't had her on it until now. They usually go straight to it at diagnosis. They just add steroids until the Metho hws a chance tobuild up & work. But with her digestion issues she might has to have both.

I'm using chrome. I don't see windows file mgr and can't seem to find a vid on how to get to it. I saw one where they made a folder in downloads....is that the same thing?

ok, this part I knew how to get to on the left hand side......I clicked on C: then new folder, but it didn't add one. Not sure why
Did you name the folder? & save it?

@Iffy ... found an awesome 'office' where we're staying. Coral Bay Resort. It's between Islamorada and Marathon.

( @Uncle Willie ... pictures taken w/ my new G7X in full auto mode. It adjusted nicely for sunset pictures. I'm liking this camera. Did you get yours? )

Now back to page 512 of the porch and see if I can catch up a bit before heading off to happy hour.

If the RA wasn't making her tired before, then the fatigue may go away the longer she's on the Metho. It & Prednisone both suck good stuf out of your body that's shy she needs a good multivit, folic acid, extra vitamin D & extra calcium. Steriods will deplete calcium. It's been found that vitamin D shortage effects RA strongly. I veel much better all around when I take the supplements. I also take B Complex. Too often itcs too hard to stand & cook, so when I cook I make things that will last days or can be used to make a quick something else. I go for a balanced diet but sometimes thats a fozen whatever, or too many sandwiches.

Yep she's taking all that also. Probably that and she cut her Fentanyl her insurance paid for it and didn't make her wait till the 75's were all gone like me.

@garyoa1 Well I think I'll try 4 of them. Thought of getting some of the premade but 30ml bottles would cost considerably more then just buying the flavor and mixing it myself. Mine won't be 100%VG but 98/2 cause my nic is 50/50. Going to try Ducks Breath, Duck Berry, Goose Juice and thinking about Frozen Pond but not sure about that. I wouldn't mind a menthol occasionally for a change if its not too heavy on the menthol. Also considered the Gizzard Juice. I'm not big on the chocolate but if it is mixed just right with the Vanilla and Toffee could be really good instead of the Frozen Pond. Still thinking.

It doesn't give me a folder to name. Even in documents.....point to new, the thing pops out that should say folder.....it says empty. Now I know why even right clicking my desk top doesn't give me an option for folder. I can do a briefcase, or a compressed zip folder, that's all. Remember my nephew really screwed this computer up so bad it wouldn't work and he went and bought another one. That's why I'm able to use this one. I at least got it working enough to get online with it. Then had help cleaning up a bunch of other stuff. I don't know if that's how win 7 is, or if it's something he did to it.

I like menthol and/or mint flavor a lot. I have no hesitation about using them in any DIY joose, regardless of what the other flavors are. I know I've said that before, but it's been a while since I said it.

No one should be that hysterically happy! I was delighted about everything!
Once in a while, that would be fun.

That only other thing that effected me like that is something I can't talk about here.
Yeah, some of the descriptions by you and Debadoo reminded me of some mind-altering experiences many moons ago.

It's funny that someone would laugh over nothing, and not be able to stop. In fact, it's so funny that I can't stop laughing.

On a more serious note, I've seen TV ads that talk about bulbar affective disorder, which doesn't sound like fun.

Beautiful pictures of a beautiful place where a couple of beautiful people that I know are currently hanging out.

Jeez a motorhome is just like a boat. Had my battery for the engine all charged up and now it is dead as a doornail. Don't know if its the battery or a varmint chewed a wire giving me a dead short. Even after 2 of the coldest months it had 8-9v this is the first time I've ever had it die like this. Will have to disconnect the battery and see. If I put the charger on it it just shuts the charger off so it could be either. Seems like every year it's another $1000 to get it back in shape. I hate it.

Yeah I used to smoke Kools in the Army but that was for multiple reasons. One was the only others who smoked them were the Black Fellows (The Cooks) so someone would ask to borrow a smoke and I'd say sure Kools? They'd say no way but I continued to smoke them for 2 or 3 years after also. This one sounded kinda interesting cause it's a sweet creamy flavor with menthol. Sounds good.

If it doesn't last too long......and.......you aren't at a funeral (yes that happened once), it does leave you feeling kinda good and relaxed. But too long and you feel like you were run over by a truck. I hurt so bad all over on that 5 hr night, but still couldn't stop. That was not good.

Jup the pseudo bulbar affect. What little they do say about it and what I read about it after seeing the commercials some years back sounds just like it, but I would think it would happen more frequently than mine does with that disorder.

I used to get that way when I'd use various substances, especially the old lids we used to get for $10. Nowadays the stuff puts me under. Can't handle it now. Guess I'm a lightweight.

Yes, Mike, and thanks for asking .. it's wonderful and relatively easy to learn coming from the S120 .. I believe it will now become my new Constant Companion .. :)

Remind me sometime to tell the Tale of local mushrooms and South Florida, circa the 1970's ..

Although I cannot come near to matching your scenic views, here are a couple of my dogwood in full bloom (I'm still working on exposure as it relates to white on darker backgrounds, so these are just really experimental .. straight out of the Camera, no processing, just re-sized smaller .. the G7X takes a fairly large full res file ::
