We haven't seen him in so long. He's probably all grown up & ready to go pro!Back when we pulled a trailer for business I would drive the highways so DH could rest and nap. I never attempted to back it up, that was definitely his job! But he is very good at it. Now that we have downsized and everything fits into a big cargo van, we still share driving duties.
I will try to video Geordi in the ring with his breeder. Don't know if I will have someone to video if I get to take him in, but we shall see.
Iffy- ya gotta teach yiddle how to really get on my case![]()
You need to write it down when you take your meds & eat. If it's not written down you didn't do it. I set alarms on my Mom's phone to remind her when it's time for meds. No need to remind her to eat.i achieved a new personal record the other night...
according to the fire dept (911 responders) my blood sugar was 21.Yay!!! Personal record!!!
they stuck in an iv, fed me 2 of yiddle's glucose tablets (which were in another room) and then made me a sammitch. after that, i got up and danced a little jig, and they decided i didn't need to go to a hospital.
i *think* i forgot i already took my meds and took them again, which, apparently is a bad thing for a diabetic. might have also forgotten to eat. it's kinda fuzzy
i remember waking up in my computer chair and the entire left side of my body was totally useless. i thought i'd had a stroke. my phone was handy, but my hands didn't work so i couldn't dial 911. somehow, i managed to dial my daughter, who called me back. sensing my inability to speak clearly, she called 911. smart girl. when the fire dept showed up, they asked if i could unlock the front door. i said "sure" since my computer desk is near the front door, and then promptly fell on the floor, where i stayed immobile til they finally found me.
much like my last incident, the fire dept was highly impressed that i could actually respond to questions when my blood sugar was that low. i should soon be in their HOF...
the highlight was when one of the firemen asked if i needed something to drink with the sammitch. all i have in the fridge are diet teas. apparently, he's a rookie, so all the other guys just gave him crap til they all left. "You gave him a diet drink, rook???"
fun times. fun times...
Every time so far!Lucky- yes
OK- prolly never![]()

And missed recording it too!Say, did anybody catch the History channel show, D.B. Cooper, Case Solved? ? We did and the guys who were trying to track down THE guy had some very compelling circumstantial evidence. It was a good show and I won't give away the ending in case some would like to catch it in re-run.
time is rather meaningless to meYou need to write it down when you take your meds & eat. If it's not written down you didn't do it. I set alarms on my Mom's phone to remind her when it's time for meds. No need to remind her to eat.
VV is so correct, longer trailers handle better... <What, honey? Oh, just a lil' discussion 'bout my years as a shortstop><Yes dear, supper comin' right up...>
in college, i took every french class offered. i could have minored in it, but that degree cost extra and i was perennially broke
i used to think in french. it took several years after college to stop doing that
it was rather strange
i don't recommend it
Let's take up a collection & hire someone there to shake some sense, (or kick his hinny), into him, Yiddle. And yes, that sentence is phrased correctly.Hopefully it's sooner....later may be too late....
if only i could have afforded france when i was fluentUnless you're in France.
And have you taken your meds this evening?![]()

I still haven't watched Roots. I loved the original & am just afraid this version will dissappoint. Sometimes "too much" just ruins it.Day-um Dennis, ya keep ephphin' up and da next thing ya know you'll have a chicken broth IV... threatens dis biatcher...
Just grateful you're doin' OK now, ya dumb azz!
I saved da first night. Didn't know 'bout part 2 da next night. I'll catch it as I can. Sure did enjoy da first half!
