@Kenna, I suspect you are correct. In regard to the pulling to the right, alignment issues. In regard to the pulling to the left under braking, brake issues, pads, rotors etc. Ya, you definitely want to get those things fixed so you don't mess up your new tires. Those things have gotten stupid expensive. Then there's the issue of the brakes pulling you into oncoming traffic and the alignment pulling you up onto the sidewalk and taking out pedestrians.
Of course, the latter is their problem, they shouldn't be walking where you're trying to drive!
