Wow, this thread is as busy as the Snail and j0ker threads were in their heyday !!!!!

Well, this thread is only 4 1/2 years old - give it time - it will slow down... Just a bunch of people from around the world that enjoy each others company.

I haven't seen Cindy in a long time.

Somehow I just can't get my head around that. How do you not tell your own child that you're moving. Assuming we're not talking about grown, adult children.

Nope, she was becoming a Senior the next year. They didn't know when she left that the house would sell that fast. Sold above asking price based on immediate closing. They rented a house, & moved. The sale ended up falling through so she got home in time to help them move back. I wax already married & a Mom when all this happened.

Since I am SO highly ...... off at this FDA thing right now, I am going to go off on a completely different tangent.

It was a very pleasant 3 hour drive down to the island this morning. The air was crisp and clean with very low humidity. Down here, we take that when we can get it. It was just simply beautiful, and although it is scenery I see all the time, I still enjoyed it as if seeing it for the first time. That got me to thinking.

If money were no object, I would find me a nice decent sized piece of land somewhere out in BFE. It would have some nice good sized stream running through it. My new house wouldn't be large. It would be self sufficient. I'd have solar, and some kind of way to get that running water to the house. I'd like a nice sized kitchen so I could cook and preserve food to my heart's content. Other than that, a bedroom, and a small office.

I'd get me a few cattle, build me a little chicken coop, and maybe even some goats. I'd have the sweetest garden ever. Yeah...I could work outside all day long on my little mini farm and just enjoy Nature. Shucks, I could go fishing even....................> kicks back and daydreams.

Meh. They could just make voting mandatory with a fine for those who don't. The whole country would change cuz folks would actually pay attention to the crooks.

I doubt that. So many don't have a clue and could care less. I've always objected to the idea of just getting people out to vote when they have no idea what they're voting for.

Looks like I missed some action out here. Hi Jerry. Now, are we certain it's August plus 2 years, or are they going to be pulling things off the market this August? I've ordered pre made from the uk, never thought to look for diy supplies, because for me it wasn't an action item yet. But I'll order a liter or 2 of Nic base for the freezer. At 100mg, that's a real hazmat, but......

Decent enough that I vaped w/ the Kabuki all day and didn't go looking for my 'goto' mods/toppers. That said ... but not as good, IMHO, as a KFL-Lite or V4.

They haven't change out the Supermax for Vapers yet. I hear it will be referred to as a Vapertorium. Complete with surgery suite for prying our mods from our cold, dead hands. I'm gonna load mine with a .000001 ohm coil & tell them to try it, I won't tell anyone. They won't be able to resist.

Hate that you have your other problems, but glad the COPD is minimal and that you were able to stop smoking when you did. I'd thought perhaps it was worse than that due to the 02. Very happy to hear it isn't.

@Debadoo I just saw this.......sorry. The O2 is because a greedy and inept surgeon operated on each of my arms 3 times each to try to find an access point for dialysis. (That's a whole 'nother story). Anyhow repeated occurrences of anesthesia, recovery room, anesthesia, recovery room, etc., on top of failing kidneys had my red blood cell down to 4 instead of 10. Lack of red blood cells because the kidneys weren't sending a signal for the bone marrow to produce more resulted in no carrier for oxygen. I was unconscious for 24 hours when a friend called 911. The thing that waters me off the most is that there were 6 firefighters in my bedroom who loaded me into an ambulance and transported me to the hospital complete with lights and sirens and I DON'T REMEMBER ANY OF IT! LOL I'm almost off the O2 except at night and will start travelling again shortly with a portable O2 concentrator.
