Yeah takes 3 18650's and you are supposed to keep them matched up and better to charge on a charger then by USB

Yeah I know the feeling I get phantom pains of cramps in my feet but they are really in my calf muscle. Not very often but you'd be amazed how fast I can get these legs off.
