Kenna, on a serious note, I don't know if it's a good idea to drive it .. a tie rod or a strut issue can develop into a dangerous scenario, especially if you are placed in an emergency driving situation .. it could possibly be a sway bar as well .. just my :2c:
Thanks, Willie! Yeah, I'm not driving it. This happwned eight after I put 4 new tires on it. Not messinf those up!

A spider that lives outside my side door, with a nice meal caught in its web. I put the picture behind a spoiler in case you don't like big scary-looking spiders.

Work on the dash a/c has been rained out for the day and held up by the fact that some idiot (me) ordered the wrong part. No problem on them taking it back but, I still have to wait for the correct one to arrive. Of course it goes in the middle of everything so progress screeches to a halt. :-x:rolleyes:

Don't you hate it when they send what you ordered and not what you needed?

You know that is a representation of _______ ________

Guy Fawkes is verboten??

I couldn't find the video on Youtube. If you can't view it (it's on Facebook) let me know and I give you the cliff notes.

Cliff notes would be appreciated. FB has either removed it, or just won't let me look, not having an account there.

Yet Car Talk and Auto websites too numerous to count dole out advice on safety and known issues 24 / 7 .. I don't know if I understand what you're saying .. ??

    Car Talk
True story, someone I know had bad brakes, knew they had bad brakes, got in a wreck, was sued for negligence because they had talked, prior to the accident, about having bad brakes, lost the case. Hope that clarifies.

Dave, while I can't see enough of the spider to be sure, but it looks like a corn spider (not technical name). You may want to remove it - while not exactly poisonous they are considered aggressive when they think they need to be and when they lay eggs they make over 300 babies. Not something that I would want to multiply around my house.

My Grandaughter got a really nice official letter from his Commander telling her how much she was appreciated for supporting her husband on his deployment and how he is greatly appreciated there. It was probably a form letter but still nice. Made her feel really good.

Pat, great to hear of the current support for our service members spouses/families! I could not have accomplish what I did in my USAF career without my bride's commitment!!

And best wishes for his promotion. Rank and 'time in service' can be major factors in retaining our finest!

    Guy Fawkes is verboten??

Not per se, the thing is, there is a Government Study ongoing that claims Guy Fawkes with Red Nose is a hazard .. new rules coming soon .. so, I just figured I'd let folks "fill in the blank" .. it's controversial, I know .. o_O

Yes, corn spider is one of the names given to this spider. It's also called a yellow garden spider.

Well, the party is over here at the house.....took daughter to the airport and got back about an hour ago, and it started to rain.....thank God it didn't rain while we were on the road. Orlando ain't not pretty driving on Rt 4, especially in the rain.
Back to normal routine and playing on the computer......now, to try and catch up! Nah, seems I'm always playing catch-up, but that's OK, cause that's what it is.

Yep and they can get big. Very common around here...
Instead of relocating the spider, one can also wait for the spider to die in late fall or early winter, then relocate the egg sacs. The new babies don't hatch until the spring.
