OOhhhhhhh!!! Yep, adding some cilantro would be really good!
A lot of times, that's how I do my tacos... just meat, a little hot sauce, and some chopped up fresh onion and cilantro... with maybe a squeeze of lime. Cilantro makes LOTS of things better! Can't get the video to play through the work servers, but I can imagine. There are quite a few ways to help someone who wants to ride. It's just a matter of getting her out of the house... the last year or so, she's kinda gone into hermit mode... I'm just trying to come up with things to entice her to go out. I took her antiquing not too long ago. Actually spent about two hours walking around and looking at stuff... she was worn out for the whole next day, but even she admits that it was totally worth it.
