When I called the county ranger yesterday, I did not know if the tree removal on the other side of the creek from me violated any rules. That's something I still don't know.

But a detail I didn't share with y'all (until now) is that I wouldn't have called if I hadn't mistakenly thought, during yesterday's flight, that the big piece of tree-removing equipment was on MY side of the creek.

That's because, looking at the smaller screen, I mistook a tractor path for the creek, and the equipment was on this side of the tractor path. I immediately went inside and started making phone calls. Fortunately, I also viewed the video on my desktop computer and saw the mistake I'd made, so within 10 minutes I had called the ranger back and told him that there was NOT trespassing involved.

But anyway, I went and took a more detailed look today, going further up and down the creek, and there sure is a lot of clearing going on. I still don't know if violates any ordinances... it might not... but the ranger will be checking it out on Monday, which I plan to make easy for him by showing him the relevant parts of yesterday's and today's videos. I think it's definitely a better view of what's going on than you could get from the ground.

Wow. It won't take long before that creek starts eating into the bank on that side, trees left at the edge start falling into the creek, & it gets filled in or not good for wildlife to drink from. Not good for the eco system. I'm not huge on some of the things on this subject, but this is pretty radical clearing. Are they putting in more houses on that side?

I'm actually taking the opposite approach .. ASAP I am headed to Minnesota to stake my claim as his Real Father .. My argument will be that we were Kindred Spirits which should count for something .. .. Celebrity Deaths / Will or No, are great examples of how far the Human Race has come .. Hey @mmsjs5 been talking to that guy having all the problems with his SX350J gave him all the advice I could but he is still working on it. YiHi (pronounced YeeeHigh) I found that out, anyway they just don't make updates easy and win10 instructions in Chinglish doesn't help much either so I referred him to a buddy in the UK. He's the one I always ask.

That tall cake had a layer of chocolate topped by a layer of chocolate ganache with fresh strawberries inside and another layer of blueberry cake...and no, I haven't gotten back to my pre-Odyssey diet yet. I'll get there.

IDK this guy just can't seem to make my right one fit correct and he's getting tired of me. He told me you know they change volume from what you eat. Well I been wearing these things for 9 years and I know when they fit. The left one is great the right one is too tight. I don't know what he did he had me wearing the test socket for almost 2 weeks and it was loose had to wear a 5 ply sock so he was going to make it 2 plies less but now it's more like 5 plies less. PITA. I've never had this kind of trouble.

I'm so sorry darlin........is there anyone but this guy that can help you???? Even if the VA has to pay for you to go to another hospital. I'd be raisin cain by now!!!

This weekend i have used my target and my vtc mini and i am really starting to like the small feel in my large hands. The only problem i have with them is the lower juice capacity. I hate having to refill several times during the day.

Just talked to Kay a bit ago. She's up and rarin' to go! She's very excited to finally be getting in there to get this surgery done. Cheyenne on the other hand is a nervous wreck, so keep her in your prayers too please. Chey just got off work 20 mins ago, so hopefully she'll get some sleep then go to the hospital, but whenever she talks to the doc, she's gonna call me and I'll let everyone here know how everything went!
