Not seeing anything about that. Reports say DPDHQ on lockdown after tip yjat a group from Houston is on their way to Dallas to attack cops. Which makes no sense. We have cops in Houston.

He called that he just got back to the room after working the dog show all day and said he turned on the TV and they cut into the show with news coverage. Didn't know any details at the time, big shame on me. But with everything going on I guess I panicked and posted to my friends.

My mother spent the last years of her life in an assisted living place in Austin, TX. My sister lived in Austin and took really good care of her. Our oldest son and his wife also lived in the Austin area. When David and his wife visited my mom, his oldest son thought the seat on her walker was for him. I have a picture somewhere that shows him sitting on the seat hanging onto the crossbar and both him and my mom have huge smiles.

Same here. Well sort of. My outside phone connection was remarkably sensitive to rain and melting snow. I sometimes lost the phone connection hours before it affected the internet. After 5 or 6 years CenturyLink finally got it pretty well fixed, but they didn't even try to explain it.

FOr awhile our phone would go out about 2 in the afternoon and then start working again about 9 PM. Turns out it was the heat. As it got hot in the afternoon the line would sag and we would loose phone service. They put a strong repeater in the line and it never mucked up again.

I took my grandaughter & grandson for rides on the scooters when we went shopping when they were little. One on each knee. We'd make my daughter run to keep up! They'd tell her "Come on Mama! You're so slow! Keep up! We're gonna make you ride in the basket!".

Some guy in the middle of a street waving a gun around & they shot him when he pointed it at them.

Mine got blasted by lightning. An outside connection box got destroyed. There's also been damage to some electrical circuits. My neighbor says he lost 2TVs, a freezer and microwave.
