... I don't know how they are going to cope since I won't be able to supply them anymore through the mail...

I'm sure that collectively we are creative 'nuff to just ship some soap/candle making supplies and such...

So, no flower picture this morning, because I don't feel cheerful.

No worries, Deb. We're both just doing the best that we can in the situation. We took another look at her blood work report last night, and it appears that her "Cancer Marker" number is actually going down right now. That's a good sign that the new chemo is potentially doing some good. We won't know for sure until she goes back in for CT/MRI scans, but there's no reason that we can't have a little hope, right?

Thanks Mike. At this point, we're just looking for good news. That was a nice bit to help get through the last few days of this round of threatment! Last dose of this round is this Friday... almost there!

Me too, Brother... watching her suffer the side effects and not being able to do anything about it is the hardest thing I've ever had to do so far. At least, for the time being, it appears that her suffering is not in vain, though.

Thank you, David. Honestly, though, I don't think that I'm doing anything special. Nothing that any other man in a similar situation wouldn't do, anyway. And believe me, I don't always do the right things... just trying to do the best I can in a bad situation with what I have, ya know? Between the way my Mama raised me, and the Grace of God, hopefully I won't screw it up too bad.
