Where's the picture?

Someday maybe - when I find them and take the time to scan them - I might just do that.

Finally caught up! I was almost 20 pages behind. (And probably will be again by tomorrow night.)

I am sorry - I guess I can get blamed for a good part of it.

The overnight shift really burned the pages!! That was amazing!

It is curious of what topics can jump into this thread - we talk about almost anything and you never know how far each topic will go.

aarrgghh!! I just tried using an ECF bookmark and forgot they're not working.

Anyone keeping up on the forum changes? Have you heard anything about when/if old bookmarks will work again?
Add a .7 to the front porch and a .6575 to the back porch.
That would be a period followed by the number.

No, I renovated one house to move into and now renovating the one I am moving out of. This has been ongoing for awhile - that is why I am always talking about projects around the house.

We are hoping to move into our new abode soon. They broke ground just after Thanksgiving. We are anxious to move as we will be expecting a visit from DD and SIL soon thereafter.

The garage door in this pic is covered with construction dust. The guy across the road wrote "wash me" in the corner. LOL

A girl in our parish was in an accident, head injuries, and today her heart stopped-- they had trouble bringing her back. They are talking about organ donation. All your prayers are appreciated.

So sorry to hear that, Omg. Prayers for that poor girl and her family.

Polyester? I got married in 1971 wearing a black Nuke Disco tee shirt and bluejeans complete with chain belt and engineers boots. The old lady, as I called her, all of 18 years old was wearing a short jean skirt topped with a black Harley lace tank top, knee high boots and black stockings. Just so you know, our four month old daughter was present along with several bikers for witness. The JP was also a biker that did all the weddings for the local biker community then played in the band for the drunken reception that most did not even remember attending the next day.

My father let me ride to our honeymoon on his old panhead and later in the week presented it to me as a wedding gift. I rode that bike on and off until 1999 when I traded it to the local Harley dealer for a new Night Train. The dealer had minor work and a new paint job put on it and used it for a display until he died and the door were closed a couple years ago. Sure wish I could find out what happened to that bike. It lasted a lot longer than the marriage.

Bruce, my Dude and I had our first date on a motorcycle. He was so shy back then, I had to ask HIM out. I was relating this story to our daughter one day and she said...Mom, you didn't!! I told her she better be glad I did or she might not be here. LOL

Well the videos play without sound on my tablet. I have to cut and paste the URL if I want to hear it.
you probably know this, but make sure on your tab that there isn't an x by the speaker when you're trying to play them. I've had that happen at times. Willie I think told me about that.

It's a dual pain low e glass and this model hasn't been, are in 20 years. I don't know what I'm going to do if they can't fix it. :-x
hope they can!

We have finally gotten this place looking the way I've always wanted it and I hate leaving it when I have no firm plan.
Hope it all works out!

A girl in our parish was in an accident, head injuries, and today her heart stopped-- they had trouble bringing her back. They are talking about organ donation. All your prayers are appreciated.
Had already prayed for her when I saw she'd passed on, but also prayed for comfort for loved ones. So hard when a young person dies, but with head injuries, it's possibly a blessing.

One more..
In this photo, is that Doree? and mostly I wanted to ask.... those sinks like that (farm sinks maybe), Is there a seal between the aluminum and the tile? So if water splashes, it doesn't go in there? And can I have a piece of the creme cake that was in the other picture please and some coffee??? hehehe
food eating donuts and coffee, tiny.gif

I still need to run West to the mountains and speed my mother's ashes off the Blue Ridge Parkway. Right now she's in a box up in the spare bedroom.
My dad is in storage. He wanted his ashes to be buried in his last wife's grave, never was able to do it. Hate that, but also trust he understands, if he even knows. I did try at one point, but we didn't know how much it cost to open a grave. After that trip from Tx to Ohio, I found out that we were supposed to have a permit to transport remains.
I wanted a pair of those jeans sooooo bad! But at 5' 9 1/2" I could seldom find any pants long enough, even wearing flats.
I was always 5'9" (til the last several years) with disc degeneration I've shrunk about 1.5 inches. But anyhow, dunno what my inseam is, but I'm all legs as well. Never could get pants long enough, still have that issue at times. But whatever elephant bells britches I used to get, I had to wear platform clogs and they still touched the ground.

How do you change the color?
I took it off, but if I can recall....click other, then custom color. There is a box with a color code, click that and it will pull up a color spectrum, choose the one you want, you'll see a preview of it, then click save. I took it off, cuz it made all web pages that color scheme, and messed up a few other things.

On the bright side, I got somebody to teach me how to make my phone a hot spot so I could get on the Internet.
Awesome!! But sorry you didn't get off early. and now that others have said it uses minutes, hope you have unlimited.

Looks would be nice. But, health and ENERGY would be even better!
Amen!!!! Oh what I could do if I wasn't in so much constant pain.

Anyone keeping up on the forum changes? Have you heard anything about when/if old bookmarks will work again?
they're still workin on redirects. It is a priority I think, but a lot of issues with it. That mighta been a thing where if they fixed one part, another part broke, but I'm not certain.

We are hoping to move into our new abode soon.
Beautiful house, but hope you put an elevator in it!! And nooooooo sliding down the stairs again, or the bannister!!! even though that really sounds like fun :)

Mornin all!!! Man I'm on all day, few are here, then the party kicks up at night when when my body is too worn out. How come y'all weren't on here at night when I was on a night schedule?? lol Oh well, the day schedule won't last long, they never do.

Deb, yep that's Doree after a ha4d days work. Should have blurred her out, she hates it when people see her in her working around the house clothed. I told her that she shouldn't wear em so much then! That's a pound cake to go with the fresh strawberries we got yesterday. Mmmmmm! Good!

Good Morning hope everyone is feeling good this morning. I have to go out and burn some businesses down today in honor of Freddie Grey. That story is too much don't know if you saw the interview with the councilman there. What a bunch of BS. Seems like people are just looking for a reason to go out and become felons. I watched it last night for a couple of hours and couldn't believe it. He was saying calling them Thugs was the same as using the ...... and the reporter said what would you call people who are looting and throwing boulders at the police and burning. He said call them college students. What an idiot.

My wife makes a vanilla cake with strawberries in the middle and on top and instead of icing - she uses whipped cream - deeeeeeeelicious... She has also tried it with chocolate cake - good, but I prefer the vanilla...
yummmm love strawberry pie too, not top crust, just whipped cream. But only with my own homemade glaze, the store bought glaze's are awful now. when I was a kid Kmart used to sell these that were good. Loved their ham salad too.
