Ok, you old people, I've finally opened up my first beer and poker is about to begin. Have a wonderful evening, if I don't get a chance to stop back by. But I probably will because that would be cruel and unusual punishment.

Yay! We're settled for Florida!!! And there's a Tiki bar and pool! How great is that? Thank you Willie for getting it going and to the organizing committee who kept it going and to Susan who closed the deal. Great job everyone!

The moon is beautiful tonight. Mike is disappointed that it's not blue, but I told him not to worry, maybe the one in 2018 will be. Shhhhhh. Still, it's a shame we missed the first one this month.

It's break time and da Pepper is holding his own. It will take another 2-3 hours before the tournament is over. Hopefully, the Pepper is around that long. I won it 2 weeks ago.

We're on the road. Doree is driving right now. Doree's brother called. Mom doesn't have a UTI and seems to be sliding downhill fairly quickly. Don't know if she is going to make it. She has a do not resuscitate order and it's not totally unexpected. Doree is handling it fairly well. She says her mother wouldn't consider this a life. Doree is a strong woman or she hides it well,.
We are in South Carolina and the GPS says we have about 8 hours more to go so with stopping for dinner it will probably be around midnight when we get there.

Yes, but I feel 21... and may act younger.

Here I am last year on Anna Maria Island (my plastic surgeon does a nice job). I leave in 1 week to spend 2 glorious months on the island. It's my hometown and can't wait to get back to my people and the beaches.

p.s. I am 53. Am I old enough to post here?

Geez, I hope I look that good at 53. Oopps ... oh dang ... what am I thinking ... I'll be 69 in a few months.

I'm still in it an we are at the 2nd break. I'm 20 out of 23. You cash at 8th place. I'm going to need some cards soon. Hello, you old people. Regardless, I'm enjoying the beer and cards. The only thing that could make the nite better is knowing Deba Deba doo is thinking about me. Hope you guys are having a wonderful evening too. I'll read back later to see if anyone was thinking about me.

Well if you are on time Matt you should be there. I don't know how you do it. After 8hrs in this motor home I felt like I was still moving for a day after. Just heard that for this side of the mountains it was the hottest month on record so that was at least in the last 100+ years. Sheesh. Where we going to have to go to cool off in the summer the arctic.
