Not going to make it to the Hangout tonight unless it's much later. Gotta watch American Genius at 9. Tonight is Oppenheimer vs Heisenberg. Pretty good series on National if you haven't seen it.
I probably won't make it to the hangout tonight either. I have been chasing people down who I want to vote in the NETty Awards.
I spoke too soon about Geordi and housebreaking. He had is biskies and when I looked to see if he was finished (not even a minute), there he was, doing his little wet thing in his pen. But he was on the puppy pad, so no problem to clean up. Oh well, we will get there! We are soooooo close!

Well, I just got back from canvassing six, so far,of the other ground-floor apartments.My mission was to find out how many other tenants heard the incredibly loud humming noise from the 2nd. floor unit air conditioners that the maintenance man insisted was " normal" and that no one else has complained about, only me.
Guess what... all six of the people I talked to so far said they've never heard the noise I described., or any noise from the upstairs apartments.Three of them invited me in to listen for myself.And they all said to tell management to call them. Tomorrow I'm going to go knocking on more doors and then Wed. i'm going to the office with my list.
If that doesn't get results and get those lazy s.o.b.'s off their butts I'll contact the corporate office.
I guess they haven't got it thru their thick skulls yet who they're dealing with. One woman wants to start a tenants association! There's a lot of disgruntled people here, as is the case in most apartment complexes.

Never heard the noise? As in "what are you talking about?", or they did hear it and you have witnesses? I think I am confused, but that is not hard to do!

I do believe they left out just a thing or two from that one. I wonder if Heisenberg really did drag his feet. Wasn't going to get it anyway due to Adolf Hitler's paranoia. It really is scary to think how WW2 would have ended if Hitler hadn't been crazy. If you look at the scientists that Germany produced both prior to and after the war they contributed to everything from theoretical physics to rocketry and aviation as well as a host of other sciences. What do you think 0mg?

I think we should have the citrus soda donnybrook on the Back Porch. I'm a Dew guy on the rare occasions that I drink sodey pop, but I'm hearing the approaching drums of the Sundrop militia.

And yes, most folk have no idea how close we came to be speaking German here! It's amazing how many times divine provenance/fate fell our way...
Have them go up to your place when da loud humming is occurring! Ya just might have a resonate box spring support board, or severe tinnitus...
I have heard an auctioneer, my text-message alert, a chain-saw in the distance, and birds. Most of the time, without HA's, it is a buzzing.

Did I mention that i've been having a tuff time with my brain lately?!
Lemme try again..none of them ever hear the loud vibrating/humming noise that i hear regularly, tho maintenance insisted that everyone hears it and it's "normal" but I'm the only one that's complaining.
Oh, and the complex manager was here with the grounds keeper, last week,her in the upstairs apartment and the guy in my apartment listening for that sound, which he heard LOUD n clear when she turned on the a/c. and let it run for a while.
Is it all clear now or am i still being tlaking in garbledeegook?
