Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that also an advantage to getting a Provari? Did I read somewhere that they don't rattle?

I'm guessing, since there is no chip, mods don't rattle either?

Provari runs at 800 so no it does not rattlesnake.

You are correct mechs do not do it either.

I feel that making myself clear is a strong suit, so I'm constantly messing with the way I say something to remove as many possible misinterpretations as possible.

I also have an uncanny ability to find a non-obnoxious way of saying something only after I've posted in some other manner, and frequently edit for that reason.
Clarity and lack of obnoxiousness are MUCH more important here than spelling and grammar.

I agree they are not great but they are better than nothing when driving. I have small hands and arthritis. I can't use anything much bigger and hold onto these modern fat steering wheels.

I tend to use a Spinner on a lanyard when driving. Need two hands? Drop it, doesn't go away :)

I need to get one of these lanyards I keep hearing about... can someone give me the skinny on those? I do have my eRoll but I'd MUCH rather take my iTaste when we go out!

The have a clip that goes around the ego batteries where the buttun is. Here's a link:Search results for: 'lanyard'

The referenced lanyards have a round or C ring, to go around the button on ego style batteries, and won't go on the Itazte VV3. Although you can get an O-ring to fit the VV3, and take the ring off the lanyard, using the lobster clip to attach to the O-ring. Visit your local hardware store, VV3 in hand, to get the right size.

Or something like this: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...yard-your-itaste-vv-3-0-others-niftyness.html

Or, get a 510 to Ego adapter, put it on the VV3, and attach the regular lanyard clip on that...

Thanks for all the responses about using 100 mg/ml nic.

You see, it's income tax time, time to stock up. I want to spend the money before it magically disappears. I would like to get another 5 years of nic while I can. That's 1 liter of 100 mg/ml or 2 liters of 48 mg/ml.

I usually buy from RTS. But, they haven't responded about when the next sale will be. And, WL has the 100 mg/ml for about the same price as the RTS sale price would be. I prefer RTS. But, I'm antsy about waiting. RTS has 48 or 100 mg/ml at about the same price per mg nic. So, I would get the 48 mg/ml if I buy from them.

Unfortunately, the WL good deal is only on the 100 mg/ml. Plus, I just really like RTS. If I had the money, I would buy 10 years worth and get the wholesale price! Then, I wouldn't need a sale. But, that's double what I can afford!

Your house has 60 hz AC (in the US, other places use the safer 50 hz...). Now, sometimes, some people say they can see fluorescent tubes flicker, but I've never heard anyone say they can see an incandescent (remember them?) flicker...

faulty tubes flicker.. to the point of insta epileptic inducing flickering ;p I have a lot of tubes at work 0_0 damned things. Would go mad if they all flicker all day. oh wait.. :x

I don't have an eGo, and this iTaste has a squared-off shape, rather than round. However the clearo has the round shape, so I'm wondering, could those go on that bottom portion of the clearo?

It's funny you saying that, about driving... We have to go do the grocery shopping, and I was realizing that the iTaste isn't really well suited to going out with, so I got my charged eRoll out of the PCC... geez it's so nothing after the iTaste! But I guess it's a better nothing than *nothing*! :thumb:

did someone say driving?
Here is what I use
Variable voltage eGo/510 USB Passthrough

That was the FIRST site that had them, although I got mine from madvapes :)

Hello all!

After climbing out of bed, stumbling into the kitchen to make coffee, I headed to the bathroom to brush the toofers and one look in the mirror, I realized, I am a complete and utter failure!!!! 30 yrs ago, my intent was to 'Party hard, die young, and leave a pretty corpse!" I have completely failed in that regard!

On using 100mg nic....I have a 500ml bottle in the freezer, never opened and have no intention of opening unless it becomes necessary. I've been diy'ing with 48 mg, not because I'm worried about the 100mg, I was trained in toxic chemicals, but because that's my 'vapocolypse' stash. I plan to continue using the 48mg and ordering another bottle next week. It just makes me feel better to know it's in there, should the SHTF.

Got a question for those of you with Zmax mods, or any similar. What is this I hear about the 'Rattlesnake rattle"?? Is it really that bothersome? I hear some won't even use their mod because of it. I'd trust ya'll's judgement on this more so than some people on the boards. My eGo's and toppers whistle like h*ll and although I don't like it, it doesn't stop me from using them.

Opinions and advice?

Thanks ya'll!

Deb-NCPatches
My telescoping Zmax does not have a rattle that I can detect.

I posted that you can get your walnut flavoring at madvapes. You were in crisis mode during that time so you probably missed the post. :D BTW I am glad the good folks here managed to talk you through it :)

I did see it, but you're right, I was freaking out completely, and thanks to those here, I got a lot of help, and got it figured out! :thumb: But I did remember seeing it, and was going to have to go back thru the thread to find it, so thanks for re-posting it so I didn't have to! :D

Oooh I like that one, the lanyard holder for the vv3... but as i asked doughboy, could the regular round one go on the bottom of the clearo?

Thx!!
