Thanks, Legs... Mama's gonna be alright. I feel a whole lot better about what she's going through now, and another friend just told me that the hospital she's in is a very good one, so that's a plus. My darling Bride is still waiting to hear back about the trial. She called yesterday to find out the status on getting the new meds, but we haven't heard back yet. Still just trying to take it one day at a time, ya know?
Alrighty.... back on topic... What's everybody vaping today? I'm trying out an Iced Lemon Cookie recipe that an awesome friend developed and wants some feedback... my opinion of this one is "Perfect!!"... now I gotz to get the recipe!!

Now that I've made myself FDA-proof I'm working on protecting myself from growing old and decrepit. Eyes getting shaky and arthritis in the hands.
I use PT's for out and about and work, and I have 20 coil heads that I use in rotation. When one gets dodgy I throw it in a dish and replace it. When they are all used up I wash and rewick them. I do that 3 or 4 times, then take them apart and make new coils which happens every few months. Now I've started making extra coils and storing them. I calculated approx how many I use in a year and I would like to get ten years worth stashed. Last night I changed the coils and I've got enough extra for the next change. Got a way to go but I can make 40 coils in an evening and still watch the TV.
I also have to get Lemo and Kayfun coils stocked up. That will mean fitting them to get the bends around the screws in the right place. They are larger and have thicker wire so they last quite a while.
Replacing coils is easier on the hands and eyes than winding them. When I get to where I can't install coils any more I have to hope they still sell pods, or I'm ready to quit vaping.
I'm still trying to figure out a jig to help unscrew the base on Kayfun tanks.

That's great Kazz. I'm vaping Creme Brulee, CB mixed with Buttery Hazelnut, Caramel with Cream Charlotte, Creme Liqueur, and Mango Banana. The Caramel I use is another Russian Flavor and tastes like homemade caramel so I like to sweeten and make it a little creamier.Okay... back off topic for a sec... but it's totally worth it!!

That Creme Brulee sounds awesome, Legs! (I'd have to drop the banana, though... can't stand banana.) You've mentioned those Russian Flavors before... where do you get them from again?

Well Ginny is vaping Buttery Hazelnut. I made her some of the juice that she used to like when I made it with 7 Leaves from FA I got from Wizard Labs. It's supposed to be a tobacco flavor but never got that with the bottle from WL but I opened a new bottle from MFS that has been kept refrigerated and I noticed it definately had a tobacco smell to it. She didn't like it and that is at 1.5% tasted too much like tobacco for her. So I am going to make her some straight VG/PG and nic at 6% cause she wants to start cutting back a little on the nic and she still likes the BH and doesn't mind it being a little weaker flavor so if I mix it half and half she will be at 9% just mixed in her Nautilus. If it's not enough I can easily change that and I'm going to add a little more 7 leaves to the FA one and keep that for myself when I feel like a smoke. Think I will use it in one of the Kabukis. The ones I got from FT are perfect and the extra tubes I got that cost 20 cents more are made by the same company so fit perfect. I'm sure these are Aspire heads that came with them. Those Kabukis that I got were the $19 ones and they are beautiful made by SJMY who also are supposed to make a great K5. They are worth the extra few dollars and come with 3 sets of Orings 2 extra air screws 2 driptips with different color options. Still haven't tried one but I know they'll be perfect. Have to wash them but no oil smell on them very clean.
I haven't played with Hazelnut, yet. I've done a little experimenting with TFA Peanut Butter, and I liked that, so Hazelnut would probably be good to me, too. Gear-wise, I'm still running squonkers with RDAs and the Sigelei with the Mage. All three are in constant rotation because they're all too good to put down for long. My old tube mechs are collecting dust right now. I picked up a myJet pen style kinda mod and pif'd that to my sister in law. Talked to her the other night, and she's been going through the juice! I gave her the mod with a few extra pods and coils, along with a couple of bottles of my diy juice. She'll be back over at our house next week for some refills, and I'm going to have her try some of my newer/experimental concoctions. I might have just found myself a new lab rat to test stuff out on.
