See, I religiously fished for tautog over the last two years, and there's literally nothing more putrid and vile than the stink of a dead crab. You know, you buy a bushel of white-leggers or greenies, you're bound to have some that are worse for wear. And mannnn, that stink....:confused::confused::confused:

A dead skate is high up there as well, especally one that gets cleaned and a wing gets lost somewhere on your deck in 90 degree summer heat for a couple days....

So I ordered 2 of the MTL kits and still trying to figure out what will be a better match for me the 1.2 or 1.4. For these MTL I like a fairly tight draw like a smoke otherwise I have a tendency to go with a partial lung hit so since they send all 3 I might build 2 with 1.2's and 2 with 1.4's. Since Mike said they are a little hard to fit in the black ones but all I have is 6 SS ones so should be ok there. Think I will go like someone mentioned with a 35 or40w preheat 1sec and then down to 20 or 25 w. Can't wait to try them with TC.

I think you will find the 1.2 mm closest to smoking.I seem to prefer that slightly over the 1.4 mm. I do 30 watt preheat then down to 20 watts.430 f.

Dang, I have ZERO resistance to good buys. Just bought 2 Provari 2.5 mini's w/ extension caps for $20 ea on the Provape specials page. How many backups do my backups need?
If you are under 95 years old... At least 3x more than you have at any one time!

Pat, I started with the middle sized reducer for the KFV5. Figured that would help me decide if I wanted/needed to use the larrge or small if it didn't work out. It did, I use it with 4 dots on the air control ring. For me it's a good MTL vape.

Northern NJ native , Coastal NC now.
I jumped on the Provari polished stainless dragon model a while back and i like it. If that one came up again i would pick up another.

The Satin Silver 2.5 for $20.00 just doesn't do it for me but the Puffmeister bought it & everyone knows you can never ever question the Puffmeister (and expect to live) i mean everybody knows that .

Rumor has it that Puff killed a man just because the man asked Puff for the time of day but apparently Puff wasn't having any of it . If he likes the Satin Silver 2.5 then i say well done , great pick indeed.

Thanks I'll get my dna's set up like that. I think 430 would be a little hot for me but 420 should be good, easy to change I use the temperature dominant feature on all of them so just a push of a button.

Thanks Mike I'll do like I said and fix 2 up with each then I can compare. They do come out easy right? I might have to up my nic some since I'm not getting the big hits like with lung hits. My lungs sure feel better doing it this way. It's still hard to do with the K5's, I been doing lung hits so long and even on the smallest setting its open enough that I forget my Kabuki I have tightened up pretty good but just don't get the flavor. I do like the way you can change the Kabuki endlessly if you happen to have the wrench with you.

They are a little fiddly to fit,i was convinced at first they did not fit.You just got to get it perfect over the airflow and a little force to shove in.They come out easy enough,i gently pry them with a flatheaded screwdriver to start them off.

Yay vape mail!

I had an idea for the Limitless plus, but it made my mod too top heavy, and the XL will be going on my vapeversary gif to me lol. SO, I went with the avocado. Now, it has pretty smooth, yet restricted air flow, and I didn't want to push a single battery mod with duals, so I went single...between the velocity posts:

Not the prettiest, but it works! .6 ohm and the airflow hits perfectly! A little criss-crossy rayon wicking:

stuffed it into the juice well, et voila! Vapes SUPER SMOOTHLY, and cool!

I know, I went a little overkill on the wick, but I wanted to make sure there was a steady stream. ^_^

I would file this under wise and prudent purchases at that price :)

I was good this year. Some ss316 wire, a couple of fave juices at steal prices, but that's all.. I just don't need anything and that feels soooo good!
That's me. I've gone 2 months, maybe 3 without buying anything. I think the last things I bought were K5's & flavorings. I want to get some more K5's for the stash, but I'll wait til after Christmas to do it.
