Oh I keep my flavors refrigerated till I start using a 10ml bottle and VG and PG room temp. Have had no problems since I quit buying the stuff from this place in here in this state don't remember the name but my stuff turned to acetone or something that smelled like it. Way Bad. And of course nic in the freezer.

I've wondered about the shelf life of flavorings. Apparently, they don't have a shelf life as such, but they begin to change after you open the bottle and begin to use the flavors. So, after a while they may not taste the same as flavors from an unopened bottle. That's supposedly due to air getting in and reacting with the flavor.

But, there's no guarantee that all flavor sellers and manufacturers flavors are the same as Perfumers Apprentice's recipes.

I've been slow to freeze my nic, but I have the 8oz bottles to transfer my 2 liters of nic. I recently decided to go ahead and split it up for the freezer. I ordered some 100ml syringes to do just that. My nic is a pale orange looking through the white plastic LDPE bottle. There's only light throat hit and it's just about right.

Comparing my two bottles of 100mg/ml, the one I've been using to mix juice for 9 months is 1 1/4" lower than the unopened bottle. I can see the advantage of freezing nic to extend it's useful life. There's 7 inches of liquid in the full bottle. That gives me 11.2 years of nic at my average rate of consumption over the last 9 months. Apparently, I'm vaping a little more than my initial estimate, but that's far enough into the future for me. :)

Past that point I'll probably decide that I can go from 3mg/ml to 0 nic or buy more if it's still available for consumer purchase.
I have 4 liters in their original packaging plus maybe another +half liter in the 120 ml glass bottles.

I am sort of like Gary with the VG I always made everything at 50/50 then I tried the Ducks and really liked it so started making 30ml test bottles of all VG except the flavors which are so minute in amounts and 50/50nic also very small but I've found that 5% DW makes it just right for me for vaping. Like I was saying my juices now are maybe 4-5% PG 5% DW and 90% VG. I add a slightly more amount of flavor like .5% but the flavor is still great don't notice any real difference except slightly smoother.
I tried the all vg except for my flavoring. Didn't like the way it made my mouth feel coated. So I'm lowering the vg a little but trying to stay above 50/50 since the 50pg was causing tummy trouble.

True. They are all different. TFA, FA, & Capella marshmallows all add something different to a recipe. This is why you see the same flabor from different brands in the same recipe.

Even VG base flavorings can change the balance of a recipe if you don't modify the ingredients in the calculator. I recently ordered some dessert and candy flavors and discovered by accident that some were VG based instead of PG. I could tell a big difference in the exhale cloud and that's what prompted me to go and look at the specs.

Prior to that batch most or all of my flavors were PG based tobaccos and fruits for the most part.

That's why we use calculators & enter the type of carrier for each flavor. Calculators do the figuring for you & adjust for the base. Vg flavors also require a longer steep time if it's a flavoring that needs steeping even with pg based flavoring. You'll probably need more flavoring for vg in your recipe than for pg because vg mutes flavor. Ivm not a fan of vg flavorings becsuse they take so much longer to arrive at full flavor.

AKA, why badderiez explode! I thot it was hilarious! :D
Me, too! The guy actually posted it after underdripping & setting his cotton on fire at 269 watts. "I don't know what I'm doing, but yep, post it!" That thing probably uses 8 batteries per max hit.

We had another incident here and as usual poor reporting. The piece showed that a guy was charging his mod apparently in bed with a type of charger that I've never seen before and i exploded setting fire to his bed. Big news. Sure too bad they don't report on how many people use them for years with never a problem and some dummy charges his with a car charger and it explode and oh my e cigarettes are so dangerous.

Ya know what really gets me is they never report on the type of battery type of mod, type of charger or how it was being misused. It's always another incident with an ecigarette happened. I've written the tv stations about their poor facts on the incidents that they report on with no replies. I have only seen a few honest reports or attempts at some on Vice. Our local stations put this type of news on ahead of some women who was attacked on a jogging trail or robbery. It's big news here when someone does something stupid but not big news when someone breaks the law.
