Evening everybody. Had my heater on for the first time this year, we r down in single digit degrees C. at night. Winter is here. Our sweet, and ok, dog with an attitude problem passed away a few days ago. We got her right after we crossed the dateline for good. Never gets any easier. I don't know how to put photos on here. I keep forgetting she's gone. I don't have to hide when I eat a cookie anymore. It's just not the same.
Two of three of my nautilus tanks are stuck shut. I tried a wrench, needle nose pliers, and holding under hot running water. Still stuck. Time to toss them or is there a trick that sometimes works?
I've never not been able to get them apart, if that is what you are talking about and not the air control. I've had then hard to do and I grab the top metal piece that connects to the driptip with a set of pliers and the bottom piece of the base just below the air flow ring with pliers. The only thing I can think of that would cause that is if the head somehow got cross threaded. That is all that is holdiing it. If it does come loose from the head then you would still have to get the head out. That I have gotten stuck before. The head is all that is holding both ends. But Hey I got 4 new Nautili from a place called Huff and Puffers Huff & Puffers | Online E-Cigarette & Vape Store for $19 each including a spare glass tank and they verify authentic. Not a bad price at all.

Had dat happen wid two heads/bases. Keep in mind dat da head has lower 'base' threads, plus da 'tank tube' ones. Had to trash one base and one topper due to my x-threadings...

Thanks for all that, I do have just the glass tanks. Never mind, I'll try the double pliers. Would you try the freezing with glass? Jeff had a go at them, he couldn't open them either. So it's not a strength thing. Maybe it is a vacuum effect, I'm careful not to overtighten, after I broke one a while back. But I do vape them till they are pretty empty. At worst I'll have to chuck em, and consider it a learning experience.
That is a great price, 2legs, I just grabbed 2 sub tank minis, my local guy had them at 16.95aud. But I still want to have a couple of nautilus(nautili?), I like them for my istick, and sometimes with my subox mini. Love the capacity if I'm going out. By the time I convert that sale price, I'm at 26$au, plus 20 for shipping. So ...,but thanks for the thought.
And I appreciate the kind thoughts and hugs over Hopi the dog. We are missing her.

I'm sorry your buddy is gone. It's so hard to lose them. (((Hugs)))

@Vape? - I'm sorry about the recent loss of your dog, Hopi. It's never easy when a beloved furry family member passes away. I always try to think of the fun, happier, playful times with him/her when that happens, and am thankful that I have those memories. It seems to help, at least a little. I hope it will for you, too.

Thats a good price for a STM. They are getting hard to find but they replaced it with a top tank mini I guess.

Get some of the metal replacement tanks. Much easier to use!

Thanks! I drop in every now and then to see what's going on, but I rarely post. You all move so fast in here sometimes (like on the Tootle Puffers thread)...that it would take forever to go back and catch up, when I'm not here every day. :)

Thank you! I've marked it on my calendar! What a day to celebrate!!!!!

ECF's anniversary is just as important as mine because without ECF, my vapeversary wouldn't exist!
