OK, fer Pat and our other Nauti BVC fans, remember dose Aspire white tagged paks on sale? Well I'm down to my last 5 pak (of 10), thankfully!

Most paks probably had one head dat didn't last long. Da rest, so-so. But my past two paks, each head/coil lasted maybe three days; unacceptable!

Will be glad when I purge dat order outta my backups!!!

There's some confusion as to exactly what is going on with RTS Vapes. Emails sent June 21st said they're having a Surplus Liquidation Sale, with not 1 word of closing up shop. Exact SAME email, but with the subjects and Titles in the email changed (to Closing Business, Going Out of Business) were sent out this Monday and Tuesday.

I checked many TFA and CAP flavorings a week ago when I got the email. But, even with the 30% off "liquidation price"...it was all still higher priced than both WL and OSDIY's regular prices. So, I thought thanks, but no thanks to that supposed deal.

In checking the same flavorings after getting the "Going Out of Business" email this Monday, just some of them had been lowered so with 30% off they'd beat those 2 places. It was only about a 1/2 dozen in the 120mL size that I didn't need.

Reading the thread that 3mg linked to above is kind of interesting, too. Makes it seem like the employees didn't even hear anything about a possible "closing" until after emails had been sent to customers. Whole thing seems just alittle "fishy" IMO and in others', too, on other threads.

That is what prompted me to ask the question a while back. So after a consensus from the group and some reading at the Battery University - I am fairly confident in still using the batts.

Since I have 9 in rotation and they last me all day - that means they are only being charged once a week (a little less). 5 years x 52 weeks - 260 charges.

I also try to avoid vaping them until the PV blinks and lets me know they need recharge. So I am not draining them to a low level before I charge them. Per the battery university - this "should" extend the life up to 500 or 600 charges???

I also try to make sure I never over charge them and I always let them rest after using / before charging and after charging / before using...

If the math truly holds out - they "could" (I doubt it) be good for another 5 years...

Oh, and I also only use quality batts...

Yep, I only use AW batteries from a reputable dealer. Five years, doesn't storage factors come into play at that point? And yes, I see you doubt they'd last that long, but it would be nice if they did. I wish I could remember how long I had my last set but don't.

Had a stack of receipts yay high and finally chucked them. At least I know I bought the current batch in December of last year.

What's the ecf no no? BP is in the Lounge, we can post almost anything. Videos, music, pics, gifs. FP is restricted to vape only. That's why we do both. I only go to the front when I have something vaping specific or get a notification that someone else posted there.

I wish I could color coordinate (but my husband is grateful I couldn't stock in every mod color)! Tanks only came in chrome that I was aware of until I was stocked. Turns out they made them in black and gold too but none of my mods are black or gold. At least chrome/ss goes with everything, almost.

Me too I have about 10 of the LG's the model before they came out with the HG2's but I'm so spoiled with the 3000mAh batts I just don't feel like changing them more often. The height of laziness.

I was going to say you were nuts for having 10 batteries. Then I remembered you use some multi battery mods whereas I only use single battery mods. And then I remembered I bought a total of ten batteries last December after finding out about the sale.

I read several of the threads also. Very fishy. And it's been several days and they still don't seem to be able to get their story straightened out. What does seem to be clear, so far, is that they shot themselves in the foot.

Hey Dave heres something up your alley. Watching a David Attenborough doc and they are using a dragonfly drone with a cam in it too get close shots of a herd of Wildebeasts, pretty cool. They have a tortise cam also to get shots on the ground.

Love David Attenborough docs. He has a such a perfect voice for those docos. Last one had the birds of paradise in Papua New Guinea, absolutely love the colours and the dances are just "whoA"

Looked at the New Zealand sites, they are getting up and running, but it's a tiny country, relatively, so there's nothing like the number of shops and sites in the US. My Baker has either teamed up or sold a lot of inventory to one of them.

"I finally found a place called ecflavorblends.com and am just gonna have to hope I like their juice. Oregon, I think. Anyone used them? I've been buying almost all my hardware here. Just decided to ignore the built in battery and bought an Eleaf power stick(?) and a big baby beast. They are both great for going twice the distance and time between charges and refills.

Anybody recommend a really good plain vanilla bean e liquid? Don't mind if it's sweet, just so it tastes like the real thing. I wondered if I could use pure vanilla extract?"

I'd be reluctant to use vanilla extract, iirc lots of alcohol there? (Yeah, too lazy to go to the kitchen and look!) TFA Vanilla Swirl is pretty tasty to my buds

Seems a bit complicated for what should be such a simple flavor. You'd think someone would make a good stand alone true vanilla bean flavor. But from what I've seen, I suspect it really does take combining multiple different vanilla flavors together.

It often takes a mixture of the same "profile" of flavor to get a good one. For example, for strawberry I use a mix of TFA Strawberry Ripe and CAP Sweet Strawberry to get a nice, rounded, strawberry flavor.

I was just reading the suggestions on an old thread. Two or three agreed on a couple of brands. Think I'll start there, if I can still get it. I'd be mixing it with other flavours to vape. I'll have a look at my flavourings and see if I have more than 1 vanilla. Not wanting custard or ice cream, just vanilla. Thanks.

Hi Vape? Don't forget to check out your flavors on Bullcity flavors, I know there are some vanilla flavors that contain toxins!

Do you ever buy premade eliquid. I have the flavouring, I think, I was hoping to get some ready to vape. How could they not get vanilla right? The site I was on had terrible reviews of their vanilla. I haven't diy ed yet.

@ Vape? I'd try Provarifuel for their vanilla bean. Everything Ive gotten from them tastes just like I imagine.
