I'd be ticked if I received wire that way. It was Temco that sent you that? I got a normal order/price/shipping/packaging from them through Amazon. Maybe they were trying to accommodate customers as best they could?

I saw Master of Clouds on there, maybe they bought out Temco. It looked like rebranded Temco wire. Oddly, I couldn't refind the link to post on here but they did look competitive.

That was the first spool of SS316L I ordered (about two to three years ago). It took me a while to use it. The product was pictured on a Temco labelled spool, but what I received was in a zip lock bag. I wasn't impressed. One day I dropped the roll and it unrolled all over the floor! I cut off enough to last me for a while and trashed the stainless spider web it made. Since then it's been Master of Clouds for me.

I think it was shipped from Temco and the link on Amazon showed Temco as the supplier name. They might have bagged it to get it out the door. Once was enough.

At least you are prepared. When I was ordering mine I just about got the 250' roll but only got 100'. I still have 20 premade coils that I made from SS316L I picked up some place else.

I'm pretty decisive about things. I won't buy something until I've researched it enough to know it's good quality, & hits all the boxes. Then I'll find a way try it out. If it really seems as advertised I get it. If it doesn't later it must go away & I keep looking. If it continues to be satisfactory I want a good supply, then I move onto the next thing on the list.

Well looks like the 26g SS316 that's "on 3 month backorder" at TEMCo shipped along with the other wire I ordered.

I'm glad to know that Master of Clouds has a positive endorsement from a reliable source. The baggie thing is ridiculous. I wouldn't have ordered from them again either.

Glad your wire shipped immediately. Something is just wrong with their system, nor do they seem to be trying to rectify it.


Oregon just raised the legal age to buy cigarettes to 21. Guess they expect those hooked to just quit for several years. If I coulda, I woulda at the old age of 13.

Got mine awhile back, but got 250 ft of 26 and of 28. The price was 30 some cents more than 100 feet on one and less than 1.00 more on the other one. Figure that'll last me a longgggggg while.

that wire in a baggie is ridiculous. I woulda raised you know what til they replaced it.

Well, if it helps, I am waiting on a Joyetech Elitar Pipe. I recently got into TC vaping on my Arctic V8 tank. I leave the airflow wide open and use a restrictive airflow flat aluminum drip tip on it. The vape feels so much like a pipe that it rekindled my desire for an e-pipe, so I bought one. I got the thing at a good price from a Chinese vendor and the wait is killing me, blah. I have been using My Vapor Store and they spoiled me with their great customer service. So now I'm a baby that wants his bottle. Waaaaaah! But I do think that when it all comes together this is going to be some premium porch vaping.

It has been very hot on my porch. We are getting 105+ degree F heat waves coming through for days at a time.

It is listed as shipped on July 4th. But when I use the tracking number it just has that it has left Shenzhen and that it has been turned over to the USPS. It has remained that way since July 5th.

And don't be surprised if it's delivered in a day or two. I've had that happen many times with FT shipments. One day they say they are in China and then voila... at my door!

I hope so. I'm a little bummed because I have been on vacation and I'm back to work tomorrow. I knew that it was very, very unlikely for my pipe to get here before the end of last week but I'd like to get an idea of the day of delivery. I've had stuff stolen from my mailbox before.

yeah with the weekend and holiday, it's not likely to be updated. That stinks about folks takin stuff outta yur mailbox. Maybe call the PO when it's scheduled to be delivered, and have em hold all yur mail to be picked up?

Thanks for the suggestion but they won't hold stuff to be picked up unless the shipping is set up that way. Or if you purchase a PO box and the package is too large. I live in a very small town, and I actually live outside of 'city limits' so there are barely any homes on my street. And no streetlights. But there is quick access to a major highway and major freeway. There have been incidences of mail being stolen in my area from several homes. The one time I was burned was when someone stole convenience checks that two of my credit card companies mailed out without my consent. The idea being that you use them just like checks but they put a balance on your credit card. I was notified by several fraud protection services that I use almost immediately and I was not financially responsible in either situation. It was kind of funny, actually. I was able to find the person who cashed the checks on FaceBook because Capital One gave me the name when they investigated. To see if I could help them find out how it happened. That person is not a happy camper now.

Is this just a way to put a cartomizer in a tank? Sounds interesting for people who use carts. Are they somewhat universal, I mean can you grab your favorite cart and put it in there?
