@DavidOck COOL! you found the gear for your Sweet Spot and I think that's great. Same here now I just maintain things which isn't difficult. Still vape quite low wattage 9 - 12; coils running around 1.2ohm. COOL!:thumb:

Yeah, a good spot.

But it does cut down on vape-mail! :sneaky:

OK Reonauts, I have read that the Reo Grand uses a button top 18650. If so, where can I get them? I went to 4 different B&Ms and no one has them. I found some at Batteries Plus and was told that the circuitry would not allow them to work in an eCig. They said they would blow-up if used in an eCig.

@LittleBird We have a small generator that will run the battery charger, fridge, the microwave, the TV and the water pump - the essentials. Lol. And we have a camping lantern that takes 18650 bats (see, they're used for more than vaping)? Like you I dont worry about it getting too hot but if I couldnt vape  I couldnt live with myself & neither could hubby.

Hahahaha! Nah... I'm a short l'il dude. I got my mom's height and my grandpa's build... like a twig. But, like grandpa always said, "It ain't the size of the dog in the fight; it's the size of the fight in the dog." ;)

Kaez, my son is shorter than you, but in his fighting days most figured out to leave him alone. He turned into a Tazmanian devil! Even his large half-brother would back down from him (and he isn't very bright). My Mom always told me that diamonds and dynamite comes in small packages.

Surprised that they were so honest! Yeah, most everything there is low amp use ONLY.

Might also look at the adapters at Madvapes Search results for: 'spacer' | Madvapes

which is, of course, out of stock....

Diver, I use flat tops in my Reos. All of them. Mostly, Sammies and HGs. Sometimes, VTC 4's, but once in awhile, they arc. I don't know why you'd have to use a button top -- but there's lots of things I don't know. Howsomever, you can get AW red 18650s at RTD and Illumn.

Yep, an inverter is very nice to have.

Only if one needs to run lower powered AC devices! DC-to-DC is much more efficient than DC-to-AC inverters.

For emergency vapin' chargin' purposes, get a deep or deep/starting cycle 12 VDC battery with appropriate vaping charging cables/adapters (which many, if not most vaping folk already have). I have several batt chargers that are both DC & AC capable. Don't ferget da 12VDC batt in your vehicles!

... and daughters!
