@2legsshrt I don't understand the following post from Boden but he seems to imply it's best suited for high watt vaping. So FWIW I thought I'd pass it along to you. It is a nice looking mod.
Yeah I'm not really interested in the 200w it's supposed to put out. I will probably use it at 25w but the battery life should be good. They use the same board that the VTCmini does and that works good and the 510 connection looks better.

@2legsshrt errr, ummm, did you read Boden's answer to me a few posts back about batt life and the Cuboid?

It's like the RX200 vapes good at 25w. You know someone sent me to Ilumn and I bought a charger from them but so far it hasn't shipped. Had to use Paypal. I want to find out if they take CC or not they have VTC5's for 6.50. Marked down from $10. And I think what he is saying running 2 batteries in series will not give you the same battery life as running them in parallel. I don't even know if I will upgrade it to 200w. Now the RX200 the battery life is fantastic. 2 full days 48hrs vaping it quite a bit. I found a fix for the minis but I sent them back anyway. You have to cut a piece of thin cardboard the size of your atty with a hole and add that and it is just enough to stop the wobble.

If I understand battery life and PV performance - and correct me if I am wrong "Please" - is that if you run it to low - bad performance and shorter battery life - if you run it to high - the same with the bad performance.

It is the same with a combustion engine - there is an optimum rpm for optimum performance depending upon the overall build of the engine. For example - I get my best gas mileage in my truck running it around 2200 rpm, but my car is optimized around 1800 rpms.

Is it the same???

He is actually saying it will last longer then I thought. On the other thread we figured in series you would get the same as about 1 1/2 batteries he is saying 1.7 so thats ok by me. I don't like changing batteries. I will never use it to it's capacity so I will only get about 75% of what 2 batteries would get in a single battery mod. Am I figuring right.

Makes sense to me Semi-

Seems you understand this better than me, so I'll assume you're right. I only comprehended what he said as being if you're vaping at 14 watts, 2x 18650 in series lasts 20% less time in the cuboid then using 2 18650's in a VTC mini one at a time (as it only holds 1 batt) for the particular board in those mods.

Pretty decent analogy Semi. But rather than comparing different engines, it's more (also?) like one engine, pick one, optimized for maximum hours of running at 1800 rpm. Run at redline, clank. Lug the engine, clunk.

. @Lannie and @Fuzzy Thunderbear we're all having a real life porch get together in Florida if y'all could make it. It's about 185.00 or 200.00 per person for the house rental, we've rented a huge house with great pool, hot tub etc, giant kitchen, lots of bedrooms etc, will post the link to more info if y'all are interested.
Sorry, Deb, but we're the kinda retired folks who have no money and no one to take care of the cows, horses, chickens, dogs, cats... so we never go anywhere. Thanks for the invite though.

Well somebody on another thread found just the thing to fix my problem with the VTC minis but I already sent them back. You get 5 for 1.95. Would've been perfect. I ordered 10 of these VTC 5s couldn't pass on the price. Heard they will last quite a while when not in use. These were made April 2015. If you need any batteries Illumn.com has the 5's for $6.50. Made by Sony no fakes from this outfit I checked them out. Now I don't know what to do about my VTCminis. This little thing would've worked perfect. I hate to tell them just to send them back. Probably charge me for it or go with the Cuboids.

I made 1 120 ml bottle of juice today. Vanilla custard.
I made 10 ml of 18mg juice in case my father decides to drive while we're up visiting next week. (I vape <6mg) :D
Did anyone else get their goodies from this big sale? I got tons of goodies.:mail: Everything was well organized and packed so neatly in a USPS priority box. Not one empty space in the box. I thought about the video game Tetris when I opened it up. And they threw in a few vape bands.
Got mine in an extremely sturdy box. Otherwise, they forgot the packaging/padding. Rattled like heck but the items were sturdy and no harm dome.

I ordered a blue Kfun, they were out of the others, but they sent a plain ss one! It was my first choice but was out of stock. Couldn't be happier. Had a tracking number in under two hours. Impressive. I'm happy, though I feel kind of bad getting over $165 of stuff for under $15 shipped.
I bought about $200 worth of stuff. Cost me under $15. INCLUDING shipping.
My mind is blown.
Blowner.
Ok, if I had a mind it wooda bin.
I don't have a mind so no worries. :(
I am just in the waiting room to see if the surgery is a success. Fingers crossed.
Damn you, thought you were talking about your wife (Hope she, and you, are recovering at a phenomenal rate.)
Maybe if I add my readers on top of my trifocals...
Tried it, doesn't work. :(
Your reply.

I was going to ask if someone had, but then I saw you were online. Congrats on surviving another close cal! :D
