That'll help folks be able to help you to tweak it a bit and see if we can get it to what you want. You may have too much flavoring, maybe a bit of lemon juice will help etc.

If that is the mother's rule, then abide with it. She may be over-protective because of her own history. And a riled-up mother bear can be dangerous.

yeah I agree with Mary. It's certainly ok for that to happen in many instances.......but if mama has had issues, it's understandable that she's over protective.

Cur.....as to your juice, I'll let those with more experience guide you. It might just need to sit a day or two to let everything blend. Since you mentioned throat hit, I assume that the 65 is the pg??

8 is a little old for lap sitting. Little girls have to learn boundries, too.
