I sat down today and figured out how much 100 mg nic I will need for the rest of my life. I need to review my calculations. Anyone? 20 years at 15 ml of three mg juice daily.

3.25 liters?

Close...3.28725 liters, counting leap years.

ETA: Chances are I'll probably spill dat much by dat time!

Well Janet's usually well grounded and not prone to spur of the moment purchases. But after reading all this FDA bluster, she said, time to upgrade some of my vape gear. Hopefully this will arrive before next week when she's off for a mini vacation with her lady friend to the Jersey Shore.

Kinda thought this might happen, but I was thinking Christmas! Congratulations, Janet!

So if I buy four liters by doomsday, I should be set without having to resort to grey market from the hoarders. Which could get expensive.
Remember that doomsday is most likely at least two years away. Just keep your ears open.

OK if I take the 100 mg/nic and cut it to 3 mg/ml nic - I come up w/ 3.27 liter of 100 mg/ml nic to last you 20 years. We're close ... you had 3.25 liter for 20 years.

I've heard of 6-8 years storage w/o any noticeable effect. Don't know about 20 years in the freezer ... but I've heard folks say it should basically last forever.

And Kurt is now saying ten years.

Oops, sorry, this will take you to the exact post. https://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/f...-porch-part-four.707267/page-34#post-16768651

But then who's going to buy all the nic Uncle Willie is hoarding.
Most likely me, since I figure 15 ml a day of 18mg is almost a liter a year & all I have is 4 liters & a small borrowed space on a shelf in a relative's freezer. [emoji33]

Kinda thought this might happen, but I was thinking Chriatmas! Congratulations, Janet!

he, he ... I also ordered her 2 more KFL's from Vapor Range. So that brings our KFL family to 7 full size & 5 nano size KFL Lites and 3 KFV4s - 5 of 'em are Svoemesto, the rest eHPro clones.

I think we have 2+ liters of 100mg nic in the freezer. Like most DIYers we'll be looking at what makes senses to try to stock pile. We both vape 12 mg and probably 7-10 ml a day each.

Thinking. Thinking. ( Sorry for back-to-back posts.). So, two years and a little bit before everything goes haywire. Two years to stockpile. Two years to buy nic, flavorings, bottles ... Spare parts for attys... And what else? Has anyone put together a spreadsheet, by chance?
Mostly nic. Many things have many uses.......kanthal, bottles, even flavorings, they really can't ban. Everyone needs to make sure they have:

Mods that have replaceable batteries (preferably mechanical so you can fix whatever goes wrong) - check

a good assortment of rebuildable atomizers - pretty much check but a few more wouldn't hurt

Nic - so not checked gotta sell a kidney or something and get this done. Figure 8 liters

Someone help me out, cuz I can't think of anything else I use that shouldn't still be available if all vaping things are banned outright. But I do admit I have a hard time imagining that it could all be banned outright until they ban cigarettes outright, but anything could happen.

About the same for me. Need 1 more litre and I am good.

Yep - Janet and I easily use a liter of 100 mg nic per year. Our financial lady plans our money 'till we reach 99 years old ... don't think I'll last that long. But having 10 liters of nic in the freezer sounds nice.

My fear is that what happened in the gun world will happen in the vaping world. Everyone will start buying and hoarding nic (like what happened w/ bullets) and the price will soar due to shortages. The ammo market at it's craziest had a market price of $100 for a box of ammo I was paying $20 for. It took years for it to settle down, but still the prices are up. So we may be our own enemy if there's a run on nic right now.

Banned outright? Doubt it. they sell nicotine for charging up nicotine lozenges.
Tax it? Oh yes.

Aside grom some ore nic and some VG I have enough vape gear, coil rebuilding stuff and such to last me at least 2 years. With maybe buying a few bottles of flavoring.

I have 2+ liters of 100 ml nic in the freezer. I don't have room for much more, but depending on how things look in tje coming weeks I may get more and just take up more freezer space. Or my friend's (Geordi's breeder) freezer. I may be mixing for both of us.

She got a 30 watt Segelei mini and an Aspire Atlantis tank. They advised 6 mg nic in the Atlantis, and she is running .4 obm coils. Why these places insist on starting beginners with sub-ohming is beyond me, but it seems to be working. I bought her some juice I had given her that she liked in 18 mg. Advised to put it into one of the H2 clearos I gave her and keep it handy for those "it just ain't scratching the itch" moments to use on one of the VV3s or VV egos I gave her. Also gave her an extra 18650 battery and a nice drip tip for the Atlantis that matches her red Segelei mini. Much better than that metal drip tip!
