I am seriously considering picking up a sub box mini kit for a portable vape that I wouldn't cry if I dropped or lost. Its a decent deal at $60 and the reviews are excellent. Any opinions?

You didn't say where it was $60, but assuming MFS. Don't forget to use their coupon code....

Everything 17% OFF!

Email doesn't say how long it's good for. :)

I don't have the sub box mini, so can't help you with anything but saving money. :)

Did my cushion in the sun get moved with the porch? If not this old purple kitty might just have to invest in a new one.

As you all know it was a rough summer and that turned into a stupidly busy tiring summer helping the Mother in Law adjust to things and deal with property and finances and 100 other things (yes I did have to teach her how to check her tires and put gas in the car). It all added up to I needed some time to decompress and become a much less growly kitty. :)

I am doing fine overall. Vaping wise I think I am going through another one of those change periods.

After months of nothing tasting good to me suddenly the tastebuds have kicked into high gear and everything tastes too strong or not like I thought it did. So now I am mucking about with some new DIY flavor at MUCH lower concentrations.

After vaping 24 mg all summer I am finally back down to 12 and working my way back down to 4 which seems to be the lowest I can go and stay sane.

I have finally figured out how to drive with my REOs. Now I just hate taking them out of the house as I am afraid I will loose one. Yes folks I managed to loose 2 ego batteries over all the traveling dealing with my father in laws illness.

I just picked up a NIFTY kit for rebuilding tools Wotofo DIY Kit

I also am giving those japanese cotton pads a try. So far loving them.

Super handy for portable REO maintenance and having everything in one place. I LOVE the coil winder in it. The tools seem to be decent quality as well.

Anyways just thought I would pop in and let you all know that I am still around. I often lurk and read the forums more than I post these days as I am often doing it on my phone which is not particularly suited to typing messages.

Glad to see you back! Your cushion is safe, just waiting for you and feeling lonely.

((((((((((Myrany))))))))))))) so glad to see you back!! Glad things are settling down a bit. Hope you get your tastey buds straightened out. Wish I could sew and had a machine, I'd sure make some bags to hang them around your neck, I think that Karen used to make them or something like that.

Gee when I look at his forum avatar I see Iffy as a lime green psychedelic flamingo. Beagle never crossed my mind. ;)
lol Jup.....I always saw a green ostrich.

Oh yeah, totally appropriate and justified since his selfie!!!

Luv ya Mattman, he who took a bite outta crime, and paid fer it...

Seriously, your pic bolstered my belief in dat you're a confident badazz!

My only challenging pic would be da one where I had my head shaved in support of my Mom's brain cancer battle. Da only scenario in which dat would occur again would be if FL reinstates ol' Sparky...

Hi All! :)

My husband and I were really enjoying this forum last night! He said he could hear me laughing when he stepped out of the elevator!!! He used to smoke a pipe once in a while and it smelled a whole lot better than my rancid Carlton 100s!

I am quite upset that the FDA, WHO and cigarette companies are trying to regulate and monopolize the free market. They just can't DO that, can they??? We just broke out of the chains of the people who imprisoned us with poison for so long. At this point, I am going to stock up for sure. They have too much power. How far are they going to go? They've done a great job demonizing us. If they can get a foot through the door they won't stop there. We like our State Representative and voted for her twice. I hope other people in this state want to keep vaping as much as we do! I have only run into one other vaper! I have purchased starter kits just a few times for friends who said they wanted to quit, but couldn't. I guess they weren't ready. I also met smokers who were angry that I said I had quit smoking cigarettes. They think vaping IS smoking!!!

I have been paying close attention to the different batteries and am amazed at the choices out there. I will admit that anything I have to screw together and fiddle with to get to vape properly will drive me crazy! After I had my C-spine surgeries, it affected my hand dexterity and I am dropping things more than I ever have. We found PILLS on the floor (coumadin!) and we are in the process of adopting a few kittens, so I now only take my meds over a closed kitchen sink in case I drop something and don't notice.

Thankfully, I have full control when playing counterpoint pieces and artificial harmonics. What a close call!!! Anyway, I am ready to purchase either more of what I already have for the sake of money and convenience, or something as user-friendly. I know they won't last forever. I like simply replacing the coils and keeping things simple. I am amazed I have used less than a box of five coils in about a year!!! I vape a lot! At times I just sit and chain vape to relax, reboot and self-soothe. I don't know how my batteries have lasted so long, but I'm happy about it because they were not expensive at all.

I'm worried enough to start really stocking up!!! If I ask questions that are extremely moronic, please bear with me! I read everything here! It's amazing! I am still making some really silly mistakes, though!!

Just placed an order with Perfumer's Apprentice for ten different 4ml bottles of flavor. Need to start experimenting a little more with flavors. Does anybody have a dripper (cheap) that they recommend for trying flavors? Don't really want to be draining and washing/rewicking a Kayfun every time I try a new flavor.

Could / would your husband build coils for you? Just thinking of ways to open up more options for longevity...

But ... but ... wouldn't num-num like a new hat?
Num-Num and Binky have one new hat-- a green drip-tip. And I have a wish-list on other colors of drip-tips. And the new colored tanks will complete the restyling with matching driptips just fine. I won't tell the kids that the six dollar restyling of their Orchids is less expensive than sixty dollars' worth of Kayfuns. Because I would have to replace all of the toppers to make them happy.

Glad to see you back, Myrany. Knew you would return when the pace of life slowed down!!!

@MattB101, Congrats! You won't be needing to buy any hardware for vapocolypse! But when you do buy that lottery ticket, would ya buy an extra one for me? :)

@Myrany, the little Subox is a sweet thing. I got one b/c it takes an 18650 and switching takes all of 5 seconds. Plenty of power for a tootle puffer up to a 30+ watt vaper. Much above that, the battery doesn't last very long :(. It's not a daily driver for me, but I'm happy to have it when I don't want to carry a P3.

I've got one of these, iGO-L RDA - ElectronicStix.Com

It's easy to coil and wick and it has a decent size well in it. :)
