I think the tight draw on the K3 mini will be okay on that little Tesla mod, though. I'll see how it works, and then I'll figure out whether to keep it in the rotation, put it in the Vapoclypse box, or pif it to someone that might want it. Being a 15W VW mod, I can't imagine that there are many people who would even want it, though... everybody wants MOAR PWR nowadays...

Seems that way, not so!

But the market sure seems to think so, and that makes the "lower" power mods cheaper for us tootlers

Been some great deals on the mods that are "only" 30 - 50 - 75 watts!

Yep! That's what a lot of the newer vapers don't realize... you don't need high wattage if your build will perform well at 10-15W. Of course, I do run up to 50-75W on occasion... again, depends on the build. ;) I know that I completely dumbfounded a vape shop tech when my build at 50W was outperforming his in both flavor and vapor production. He was running at 120W or somewhere close to that... of course, I had a single coil, nothing fancy... he had dual coils that were some kind of twisted alien stapled fused clapton juggernaut nonsense... there's less wire in my car radio system...

And yeah, I've been looking at a lot of the 50-75W mods. There are some really good deals to be had there!

Gawd, don't let Greenpeace know about that. Next thing we know, we'll have the tree huggers after us!

Tell me about it! I can make a very functional and capable coil with three inches of wire... I don't really see the need to pack half a spool in there! Supply and demand says that those guys are gonna drive the cost of wire up by 2500%.

Believe it or not, I've never owned a Protank or a Nauty... I went from cigalikes to Ego-T's to clearomizers to cartotanks. Since then, it's been pretty much all rebuildables. Mostly RDAs, but I have used Orchids and the Silver Play V2 (still love that one). I did buy a genny tank, but didn't use it much... it was a 30mm genny, and was just more trouble than it was worth.
I went Ego-C to CE5 to Protank (original) to Carto tanks to RDA (REO and non squonkers) to RTA Gennys to Kayfun clone to subtank minis. Mind you I still use all of the previous stuff except for the Gennys and Kayfun clones. Those were a nightmare I really do not want to repeat.

Looking at my desk at the moment I have 3 provaris with protank/protank 2s on them, 2 mechs with RDAs, 3 REOs, 2 KBox minis with subtank minis n them, one VTC with TFV4 and a Kanger dripbox, and half a dozen ego batteries with CE5s on them. By my chair in the living room is my old Vamo + carto tank (now set up with a diver instead of a carto).

When I leave the house I usually take one (or more) of the ego+CE5s or the dripbox. They are just light enough to be comfortable while trying to hold on to a steering wheel. They are also cheap enough that I will not care if I loose or break them.

I do also have a huge tacklebox full of stuff I picked up at fasttech that really was not to my liking or good quality. The vapocalypse box so to speak. Break into only in last resort situations

OT for short update on home & elderly family member situation: Had lengthy conversation with wonderful, very knowledgeable, attorney husband of ECFer. No need to worry/concentrate on possible situation until/if I'm served with legal papers. He thinks I may have a good chance to prevail if/when a court situation does come. Can assist me by recommending a good, more local, attorney if it comes to that, too. Can't thank him, nor his ECF wife, enough for some peace of mind!

So, I'll happily still be here more regularly as I'd prefer, for now. Still lots I need/want to learn from you all...especially since being coaxed into parting with a bunch of $$ ordering stuff recommended here before my Alaska trip! :D

I've also ordered even more to stash since I got back!

I don't even remember what clearos I used. Back then, I ordered everything I needed for vaping from Totally Wicked. All of their stuff was just rebranded with their name on it, I believe. I don't really use any of the old stuff anymore. Most of it I pif'd to my SIL, and she's since thrown it all out. She's back to smoking, and occasionally using a Blu. I've tried multiple times to get her into something that can actually curb her cravings enough to get her off of the stinkies, but none of it has worked for her yet. I keep plugging away, but I'm not just going to give her any more gear... not after she threw out $200 worth of batteries, cartos, chargers, and juice. I'll just let her try a few different set-ups, and tell her where she can get them. ;)

For out and about, I usually carry my Target mod/tank with the cCells. It's light enough and I can get around 6 hours on a battery/tank if I stay a little on the conservative side. At home/work, I use my T-mod squonker more than anything else.

I do keep a handful of tube mechs and RDAs around. They get occasional usage, but mostly they have been relegated to 'back-up' status.

Well, I upped my power capability with a couple of THESE; not due to power, but ¢o$t! Besides I can't buy my fav TC40Wers fer dat...
I love my Picos! My third (a solid black one) just arrived today (from Gearbest, 3 weeks from shipping to my mailbox - not real speedy but hey, great price! And used free shipping)!

If I were to buy a couple more inexpensive mods ... it would be the Pico's. Small and use a replaceable battery.

Lots and lots of Tootle Puffers! For example, I never sub-ohm and usually vape at about 7 watts. And, I'm not the only one by a long shot.

On the Stocking Up thread, we're talking about what will happen to our stashes when we die.

So, who on the Old Folks threads should I tell my daughter to contact if something happens to me? She does already know to contact the Old Folks threads, at least.

I wonder who started that goofy discussion??
I don't remember off-hand. But, my daughter already knows to contact the Old Folks threads to let everyone know if something happens to me. No need in everyone wondering and worrying.
