I turned them screws in as far as I thought I could get away with, just awaiting the go ahead from wife so I can put a little rubber cement on the screws.

I'd just put a tiny dab on, anyway. It will break loose easily if necessary, and even leaves enough residual so they don't move.

I noticed a big difference in the Kanger dual coils when I started stuffing vertical coils in them, but 28guage kanthal is the smallest wire I have, and Ive been curious if 30 gauge kanthal might make even better flavor. My wife won't even pick up the T3 since she got the Kay fun lite!

There's a Chilton Manual for it, 108 pages of which is devoted to reassembly of the 68 parts.

I like 30, but I'd suggest some 30 and 28 at least. They do perform slightly differently, and it's really a question of taste and preference. Nothing smaller than 30, imo. (Although 32 is fine for, say, SBC clearos.)
