oh thanks! Even a better price, and RTD or Illum are the two places I trust implicitly for batts.

Guys I am replacing 2 year old panasonic batterys that are 10 Amps continuous and frankly have seen better days. ;)
gotchya beat, my 10 amp pannies are 3.5 years old! lol Glad you got yours ordered, gonna get mine soon as I can.

If you're not adverse to plastic cases ... I've seen folks using an ammo case to carry/store batteries. Google 20 gauge shotshell cases or look on e-bay
thanks, my son had suggested shotgun shell cases, but then on amazon that's how I found the essential oils cases and that was more like what I was wanting with the elastic straps for each battery. Just gotta find out if the straps would be too loose or not.

Who was it that sold VG and PG 1 gallon each including shipping that was cheap? Also has anyone got it there and can tell me if it was as good as ECX
someone beat me with the link to Essential depot but yeah it's great. I bought a gallon of each and love it. Never tried ecx's but this is fine to me.

And, it's purple!
yeah <insert giddy laugh here> hehehe

My MicroStick clone did come yesterday, very late in the day.

Unfortunately, when I put a battery it, it fires constantly. I put in a flat-top 18500. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
rut-roh.......I"m sure someone will let you know if it's you or the mod.

I have some concerns that VG might go rancid or somesuch.
It's anti microbial so no worries about that, it will last at least several years maybe longer. I keep mine in a closet away from direct light, but don't know that I need to.

I think your thinking of Essential Depot. I have a gallon of each from them and it's fine.

You might be doing nothing wrong the device could be defective.

I want to activate it. I use Chrome.

I've kinda lost track of what you want to activate  , but I think it's spell-checker or auto-correct. Anyway, here's a couple of links, 1 for each problem. Best Ways To Spell-Check As You Go In Chrome and Chrome Web Store . Hope this helps.

OK, vaping related....Same ole, same ole, iStick 40 with caged full sized nautilus when out, and iStick 40 with 7 ml subtank plus when home. :vapor:

I just finished using my first gallon that I bought at least 2 years ago and I haven't noticed any change from freshly opened. I just kept it in my closet and didn't take any extra precautions to keep it fresh.

Huh o_O

In a regulated mod amp draw is dependent on battery voltage.

W/V = A

12/4.2 = 2.68A
12/4 = 3A
12/3.8 = 3.16A
12/3.6 = 3.3A
12/3.4 = 3.53A
12/3.2 = 3.75A

OK ... aren't we getting to the same place?

I put a 1.5Ω coil on my regulated mod, I select 12 watts, the mod's board sets for 4.2 volts ... for 2.68A

I put a 1.1Ω coil on my regulated mod, I select 12 watts, the mod's board for sets for 3.6 volts ... for 3.3A.

The higher res coil is still drawing less amps.

And I've just always assumed the chip on the board uses Ohm's Law to set the voltage based on the res it reads the coil. So my numbers were a little different.

Then the item is not a genuine. You cannot use PP to buy a counterfeit. What you have to do is buy another item that price or higher, cancel it, then use your + account balance to purchase the item you want.

Are you saying the vendor doesn't allow PP payment on their items if the vendor knows its a counterfeit. I can't see how PP, itself, knows the difference.

I have no idea. That is just what I have seen on the FT threads.

That is the boards output voltage and amperage. Battery amp draw is determined by the batteries voltage.

ah ha! Now I get it. Thank you. ( a little knowledge is dangerous, I just proved that again )

Just to reiterate and possibly simplify for people who don't understand this

As the battery pressure (voltage) drops from 4.2V to 3.2V the amouny of current (amps) drawn from the battery goes up to maintain 12W.

W/V = A

12/4.2 = 2.68A
12/4 = 3A
12/3.8 = 3.16A
12/3.6 = 3.3A
12/3.4 = 3.53A
12/3.2 = 3.75A

This is why we use a mods cutoff voltage (generally 3.2V) to calculate the battery necessary for a regulated mod.

75W mod / 3.2V = 23.44A + 10%
60W mod / 3.2V = 18.75A + 10%
40W mod / 3.2V = 12.5A + 10%

Assuming 90% effiency the 10% is to account for converter losses.

Well I went ahead and ordered 4 of the samsungs from RTD. COmpany I trust and recommended battery.

I will do some more homework on other ones when I have more time. Sorry Iffy I just do not trust these Chinese big discount companys for batterys. Thank you for suggesting it though.
Well I hate to say it but the 25r's while being excellent batteries on the SX get about 23k J while the Lg get 29k J so about 20% more. I'm sure you will be very happy with the Samsungs but the LG are better.
