Has anyone ever seen a Titanium Russian 91 ? My SX is top heavy & I'm looking for a Ti russian or kayfun. Google has failed me.

Never saw a titanium Kayfun or Russian marketed. Speaking of Russian RTAs, I just saw this, a V3.0, this morning. I've got a 2.0 that I like, just twist the ring to adjust airflow and/or to fill it up. I'd have to get a better look at the build deck of the 3.0 to see if it's suitable for single coils though. Looks like it's designed for duals.

Binky has a problem. A battery reading 4.1 on the charger reads 3.8 on the inline voltmeter. It won't fire any of my toppers but if I attach the inline, it will work. I used a q-tip to clean all screwthreads, and wipe the contacts between topper and mod. Replaced the magnets with the spring. ????????????

I don't have a multimeter. I tried to tighten the adjustment screw in the topcap multiple times, but it is already tight.

Binky is a Nemy ... right. Only two screws to play with. Make sure the fire button screw is tight, then put a an atty or the inline on top and screw the 510 screw until it touches the the atty's 510. Insert a batt and make sure the fire button assembly is screwed in to take up all the play when the batt is inserted. That's the basic's and you've probably done/checked all that.

Odd the inline gets low reading. I just played w/ the switch and top screw and I always get the correct charge of the batt shown until the switch assembly is too loose to make connection then it shows 0 volts. I couldn't find a place where the voltage just read low.

A last guess - have you tried a different battery. Once I had a flat top batt that read fine on a DVM but didn't work in the mech mod. Turned out the top/positive contact area of the batt was smushed down. I used a small flat screw driver to lift it every so little and it then made connection and worked.

All covered. The inline and charger read the same on Num-Num (both are nemeses) yesterday. Switch screw is tight. Tried a different battery.

But following up on one possibility, I loosened the topcap screw, put the atty on, then tightened it to fit. Now it works. That doesn't make sense. Unless it just needed some momentum to get it to make contact?

Topcap screw needed threads cleaned? rotating it made new contact?
Usually with a mech taking it all apart and cleaning will fix issues.

Could be ... the Provari P3 has a menu option to show the IQ of the batt/connection path. The other day my P3's IQ was showing lower than normal even w/ relatively new batt fully charged. I used a magic eraser to clean all the thread connections. Popped in a batt that was reading low before the cleaning and ta-da it was back to normal again.

I figured out why my new MiniStick clone fires constantly. The top cap/firing button is missing a spring.

I tried the top cap from my real MicroStick. It fits! Exact same size and threading. And, with a good top cap (that has a spring) it works great!

I'll have to put in a ticket with FT and try getting the spring.

In the meantime:

That's a Kayfun in there. Nice!

ETA: But, it does have a bit of a voltage drop. Not huge, but definite.
What battery does it use?
