The best way I've discovered to use it is with a coilmaster or Kuro coiler. Wrap a contact coil then stretch it just enough so there is a little space between the coils, pulse it till it starts to glow, looks just like Kanthal, once you get it glowing you dry burn it for a couple of seconds maybe 3 times so the complete coil gets oxidized, then you pulse it to glowing again and use your ceramic tipped tweezers, squeeze it till it is glowing from the inside out and your done. It will be a blackish grey color wick it normally and your ready to go. I forgot clean you wire with IPA first. I usually start out at a lower power about 375F work your way up to 400F and 15J on the SX and thats it. It bends easy and coils easy, you would think you were using Kanthal. As far as Kanthal Corp I think they only make it in .5mm but you can get it in Germany. 15 Euro for 50m or 5 for 10m. Alot of the places are carrying the NiFe30 but from what I understand this works much better. I am sure this stuff is going to catch on once enough people give it a try.
